This is a great restaurant - staffs were very friendly, foods were well prepared (the shrimp salad tasted so good; the chicken paella in Moorish style was fabulous! The young chicken was so tender yet full of flavors). It was nice and clean inside - and the cool AC really helped in this hot weather:) all the dishes were great (and reasonably priced).

A spectacular gastronomic experience, Spanish food at its best with unexpected twists. We had Tortilla Betanzos, Merluza meniere, Vegetable paella, smoked beef paella, and the Piña macerada was just too good.

The place is cozy and well decorated. The staff is attentive and nice. The food however was not remarkable. The paellas were mediocre at best: too much liquid and oil in it, the flavor was too intense (too much additives or concentration in the broth) but the rice was not well cooked. I expect better food for those prices and there are plenty of other nice bars and restaurants in the area. I would not come back and would rather try other places in the area.

The food is really special, well executed, made with fine ingredients and truly just delicious. The new chef Javier Feixas is doing wonders. Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful food, relaxing setting, definitely worth the walk. Set along a plaza below the historic Alhambra and the Albayzin, shaded and restful in the outside café. Andalusian menu but done a cut above others we tried in town. Traditional soups Andalusian Seafood soup and Harira were full of spice (not hot, just flavorful), thick, satisfying with the crusty bread. Lamb Cous-cous full of meat and tender veggies, fruits. The Mushroom Risoto with truffle oil was hearty and delicious. Great service which is amazing considering the café terrace is across the road from the main dining room so waiters must cross the street.

It had everything to become a great place... but something went wrong. First, we were the only table at the restaurant, so there are no excuses for anything. We had 2 servers who got the order, brought it out, and did not come to check if everything is good. In the end, we had to run around looking for them to pay. As a server, you are responsible for what you are bringing out, and if anything is wrong, you ask to re do it. Well, they served us with not a great looking food. We also asked a bunch of questions about the dishes , which they were unable to answer ( for example, " What kind of meat goes in the paella"). Then comes the food.... our food was burnt, did not taste right at all. One of our plates had the worst meat you could find. My kids were superhungry and tried to eat at least shrimps out of their paella, but they were not good. Definitely recommend the next-door place . They have fun servers, great food, and is much less in price for everything better!

We started with the best jamon in Granada. Afterwards, we had the black seafood rice and the beef cheek; both dishes were excellent. The service was great, especially our server Juan, who was attentive and patient, and relayed out preference to the chef so the food came out to our liking. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great restaurant with good view of the Alhambra! We ordered the lamb chops which were good but a little chewy. The burger was also good and the traditional chocolate dessert was nice to try.
