The ambiance doesn’t feel like fine dining, but the food really speaks for itself 😋 The Kobe Beef was perfect, the service was really good 🥰 Some of the staff speaks English which is nice to see. Overall, I am very satisfied with this restaurant! 👏🏼

Exquisite Kobe beef! Had a great time. It was one of my most memorable meal in Madrid. Anyone who is into wagyu would love this place. The service is delightful too.

The food is great and the service is unparalleled! People are extremely nice, speak both Spanish and English and have great attention to detail! We had the yakiniku and it's hard to find this quality for the meat as well as the rice in Spain, so if you're looking for authentic and good Japanese beef, this is the place to be. It's not cheap for sure, but you get the quality and service what you pay for

Expensive but really worth it. One of the best sushi’s in Madrid. The wagu meat is delicious. Authentic Japanese food. Waiters are very lovely and nice. In general it was a great experience. Recommend it!!

Shina Tora Ya in Salamanca is a true culinary delight! The Nigiri Toro Sabi, sashimi, and yakiniku were outstanding. The service, led by Jasmine, was amazing. A must-visit for impeccable Japanese cuisine!

High quality products. Sashimi moriwase and gyozas de waguyi were a delight! Sukiyaki de COBE was one of the best Japanese (no raw) dishes I tried

The food is devine and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend. My friends and I went here for a celebratory dinner, the staff were so lovely and attentive and even wrote a special “congratulations” on our dish. They made our night very special.

You get 5 stars because the food was good and vegetarian and you saved me from ham and potatoes I ordered almost everything vegetarian they had and it was exactly what I needed in Spain. Good sake list though not cheap Matcha tea- nice Edamame: with togirachi and saffron and salt. Perfect Futomaki veg: good enough. Salad of Wakame and quinoa was great. Even the non-quinoa eater liked it. Avocado. Tomato. greens this would be good to take away. I think it would keep wells few hours at least Courtesy veg appetizer was nice touch. Lovely service in Spanish, English, and Japanese

Beef is delicious but is missing all the delicious side dishes you get with traditional Korean BBQ. Very pricey and they charge you for any extra sixe dishes.

The restaurant has a nice and quiet environment and I liked its location, in a very calm street near Serrano. Good place for a relaxed dinner. I ordered the sushi sampler and a foie gras-wagyu nigiri which were very good. Then I ordered fungi noodles that turned out to be more like a French-style pasta than a Japanese dish. It was tasty, but not what I expected. I would definitely go back to taste more wagyu dishes
