Restaurante Xanacuk

Not just a great juice bar but also a nice place to hang and grab a healthy bite. Yep they have all the nice salads that you might think of and more. I saw something that I can't find unless I'm in NYC! The juice is amazing and freshly squeezed right there and then. Try different combinations from the Detox to recover mixes. They have it there and the staff are very attentive and very friendly.

The worst açai bowl I've ever had. It tasted like water and had hard bits of frozen açai inside. The rest of our breakfast at Xanacuk was equally bad. They managed to make a sandwich with pesto and dried tomatoes taste like nothing—which is quite remarkable given the massive flavor these ingredients normally have. While Xanacuk offers a wide range of juices and smoothies, we opted for a good old OJ. But they decided that's beneath their dignity, blended it with apple or so and made it fluffy. It completely lacked the sharp freshness that makes orange juice so great. In hindsight, our alarm bells should have gone off the moment we set foot in the absurdly unaesthetic interior, which looks a bit like a hastily decorated Soviet bunker. 4.5 stars for this dump—seriously, what's wrong with you people?!

Nice location with friendly staff, relaxing music and great breakfast selection. A little noisy from the counter / bar but doesn't bother. Excellent Acai bowl. I'd come again if I happen to return to Madrid some day.

I had the best energising breakfast here in Madrid, very friendly lady at the counter. Large selection of juices and delicious food. All for 9 Euros
