RESTO BAR ENCUENTRO DE LOS ANDES

We recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite ordering a soup as a starter, it was brought out with the main dish which got cold indeed. The service was also lacking and did not meet our expectations. As a result, we left feeling dissatisfied and would not consider returning in the future. While the food itself was decent, the overall experience was negatively affected by the poor service.

Absolutely horrible, do not go here!! We sat down, ordered a beer and got a menu. After 30 minutes nobody had come to take the order or seemed even interested while the place was almost empty (and we were really hungry!). We decided to leave and left the exact pay for the beers according to the menu. Then the waitress came out after us on the street to say we didnt pay enough, when actually we did. We showed the prices for the beers that were stated on the menu and she let us go. I cannot believe they only paid us attention after we left and they accused us of not paying enough! You might want to give your customers some better attention than this!

The food is good and the view is nice but the staff not so nice. I went there twice and the first time everything was great but the second time the staff was not helpful and seemed as if they were doing me a favor for serving me, even though the place was almost empty

It could be really nice place with great service and nice atmosphere . COULD BE BUT... all impression destroy greedy and mean french owner. He charge us 5 extra soles for a bit of cream on the top of hot chocolate. (Cost 8 soles +5. Amost twice price!) i see it very unfair and abuse "gringos" . More that didnt mention it before

Great coffee. Wonderful service. We came in the off season and the place was mostly empty. Decent view, priced for tourists. Would return.

Very terrible service. They gave the menu, we wanted to order pizza, but "on sundays no pizza". Seriously, why don't you tell that immediately when we get the menu!?

Best views of the main square. Good food and good service. Try the tallerines saltados.
