Love the wine list. Thoughful with less ordinary choices yet meaningful and excellent. Plenty of good stuff to taste. The meal was surprisingly good, should extend the search through other stuff on the menu. Will be back

The restaurant was excellent, with charming decor that created a cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the service was equally impressive. While the cocktails were initially not as strong as we preferred, the waitress quickly remade them to our liking. We ordered the pork loin and monkfish medallions with truffle sauce, both of which were outstanding.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely lovely experience at 4 Kantuna during our weekend stay in Zadar. The atmosphere is what drew us in on a cold and rainy night, as the restaurant felt warm and inviting. I loved the Christmas decor too. The waitress worked hard to make sure we had a good experience. Definitely recommend you try their gnocchi and black risotto 👍

Beautiful location and food. The only issue we had was that they forgot our water, which wasn't a problem. However when we asked the girl who brought our food about it, she told us she wasn't our waiter and walked off. Quite rude. Our waiter was amazing though.

Coming at 12pm on weekdays no waiting and reservations needed. Waitress was very charming and spoke 3 languages. Monk fish was greatly prepared with truffles pasta and the freshly grilled sea bream with chad. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zadar.

We had a decent dinner consisting of fish & vegetable soups and a fish plate for two. The main dish was good (comparable to others we ate at Zadar), but the vegetable soup was a bit baby food like. Our waiter was a bit aloof and didn’t pay much attention. Especially when we requested “gluten free” necessity, he nodded but brought the soup with croutons anyway. In general, food was good but service needs a bit improvement.

Restoran 4 Kantuna in Zadar offered a memorable dining experience, and I’m excited to give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. I ventured out of my comfort zone and tried the Black Risotto, and I have to say, it was unlike anything I’ve tasted before. The rich, savory flavors were a delightful surprise, making each bite a unique experience. It’s the kind of dish that stays with you long after the meal is over, and I’m glad I gave it a try even if it is not my kind of dish. To complement the meal, I had their homemade iced tea, which was also quite good. It was refreshing and perfectly balanced, adding a nice touch to the overall dining experience. The atmosphere at Restoran 4 Kantuna is inviting and cozy, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The ambiance, combined with the unique flavors and friendly service, made the evening truly enjoyable.

This was a great surprise. In the middle of the old town you would expect a tourist trap but this is by far so much more. Food is incredible good and service was excellent 👌🏻👍🏻. Will be one of my favorite restaurants in Zadar. Clear recommendation
