I always come here for the stall that sells Kuey Teow soup. I really like how the soup tastes authentic, with a flavor that comes from the ingredients themselves, rather than just tasting like MSG. I also like how they serve the food with good hygiene, you can see that they prepare their ingredients carefully. In terms of portion and price, the only downside is that it’s slightly more expensive than other Kuey Teow soups in Taiping, and the portion is a bit small. The portion size is perfect for someone like me who is a small eater, but it might not be enough for a bigger appetite.

A local landmark with good display of Guan Di art work. If you good m, its not for the food, but atmosphere. I had salted egg congee and dim sum for breakie. Tasted okay.

If ever you visit Taiping Perak M'sia and have an urge for a good limited edition American breakfast, do drop by Restoran Central (opposite Bismilla Chendol). A small stall in this place offers reasonable good western breakfast at a very affordable value for money deal. Quite difficult to find another place with this cheap offer. The owner has over fifteen years of experience of preparing this type of breakfast. Do give it a try.

Nice outdoor serving you good. Tasteful and cheap, this hawker joint is run by several golden aged folks.

The char kway teow was great. Friendly stall owners. Drinks were great too. A pleasant experience
