Scott and Robbie did great work on our closed cell foam project. They completed a fairly large res project in one day and left the site clean and ready for inspection/drywall. Dave was our sales rep and informed us of rebates and answered all of my questions about the process whenever I called. Great company and competitively priced.

We had Scott & Cisco come out to spray our attic remodel. They did a great job and finished in one day. Left the area very clean and explained everything when they were finished. Definitely recommend for great work and excellent pricing

My hat's off to this crew! Scott, Robby, Mason, and Anthony performed an upgrade to my insulation situation in record time. In just under 5 hours, they foamed my basement and attic space, including removal and clean up. The crawl space was tight and problematic but they got it done. My wife said it's cozy already! I'll be sure to be saving some money too on my utilities.

Great crew, great company. They completed a 2,000sqft aircraft hangar with closed cell foam. They protected the floor, doors, and equipment from overspray. It took a crew of two, 4 days to complete. They paid special attention to detail and made sure there was even coverage. I would recommend them to anyone needing foam insulation and wouldn't hesitate to have them on future projects.

I regret choosing retro foam. First off,I will say everyone was very nice, but that’s all I can say. Erik came out and did the initial consultation. I wanted the walls insulated as well as the underside of my subfloor. He described what the crews would do. He also said they would do an energy audit before and after to show improvement. I did have another company give me an estimate for the work. They were a bit cheaper, but I decided to go with the smaller, local company. I have brick veneer on the front of my house. Erik assured me the guys would do their best to color match the mortar where they drilled to insulate. He came out in October. They couldn’t fit me in until December. I was concerned about my vinyl siding and the cold. One crew came out and did the subfloor. The next day the wall crew came out. They were there for a good part of the day. They finished, said goodbye and left. At first I didn’t really notice the mortar, but my wife did. It was gray. My mortar is brown. That is not even close to color matching. Then one piece of my siding came off. I emailed them and told them about my concerns. It took a few days, but Amy did get back to me. She said she would have a crew come out and fix both issues. I also told her I never got an energy audit before, or after. She said she would have someone do that too. The crew came while I wasn't home. I got a text stating everything was taken care of. When I got home I saw the “fixed” mortar. It was a closer match, but they just globbed it on over their original patch. Now there are big blobs of mortar sticking out every three feet or so. A couple days later the same piece of siding they fixed, came off. I looked at it. It had cracked when they took it off originally. They placed a piece of duct tape on the back to fix it. The fact that they taped it shows me it didn’t crack from the fall or they wouldn’t have tried to cover up the fact it cracked. They also tried to staple the piece back up. They used what looked like regular small staples you’d use for paper. My siding was never originally stapled. I texted Amy and told her I was not happy. I told her they needed to replace the broken piece of siding. I got a response of they were hoping to put the cracked piece up and get me a new one to replace it. I felt that was not what was going to happen. I then texted her that I would fix it myself. That way I would know it was done the way it should have been done originally. I just asked that they compensate me for the material (siding piece) and my time. They agreed. I texted them over a week ago stating that I could find companies that sell my siding, but they won’t sell to me because I’m not a contractor. I have not received any response from them yet. I have a feeling they are just going to ignore me and hope I go away. I had to ask a few times to get an energy audit. Zach came out and did that. It was after the work was done and I have nothing to compare it to since one wasn’t done before as promised. My house did seem a bit warmer in the winter. That’s probably because of the subfloor insulation, but this summer I haven’t noticed my AC run any less than before the insulation was done. All in all, I regret having the work done. It wasn’t cheap and I honestly can’t say it was worth it. That, along with the issues tainted the whole experience.

Got my attic insulated today by a wonderful team of guys. They took time and care to protect the delicate nature of my 127yo house and completed the work swiftly, less than 3 hours from arrival to finish. They cleaned up the ancient fiberglass stuff that was up there and took care of vacuuming afterwards as well.Thank you to Mike, Mason, Rob, Cisco, and Ty. I look forward to the rest of my house being insulated with this company early May. Also thanks to Amy and Mae for scheduling and follow up questions that I had.

#RetroFoam. Outstanding service and details; from quoting to completing the job. Hats off to the Retrofoam team of John, Mike and James. Especially James as he had the hardest part of the job in complete PPE and crawling into the crawlspace to complete the task. Complete professional service!

What a great company! I was super impressed with Mike and James and the work they did installing spray foam insulation in our basement. They were professional and friendly and did an exceptional job, including clean-up. The price from RetroFoam was the best around too. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them.
