Visited 3 years ago, just ordered another pair of their frames from the website. Awesome retail space. Didn't interact with the employees much but they seemed helpful. Online service is awesome with incredibly fast shipping (from Italy!) with a 15 day return policy. Being able to return/ship the glasses to the NY store instead of shipping to Italy is very convenient as well. Quality of product is top notch. A great value in eyewear with frames in multiple price ranges.

First and foremost: These sunglasses are NOT cheap. HOWEVER the quality you are receiving are some of the best in the industry. Independently owned Italian company (Not related to Luxottica in anyway) who go above and beyond in quality, shapes, and service. I have approximately 7+ pairs and I always want more. Every time I stop by the store, the staff are incredibly helpful. They've repaired and adjusted my pairs countless times without question. If you're not in the market for new sunglasses or glasses, stop by the store to try them on and get a great experience.

When shopping here take note of the selection they have before hand by going to their website. I done lots of research on a specific frame I was looking for. I dropped by the store to speak with them and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable.
