Flight was slightly delayed and the driver waited, which was so nice of him! I have used this service multiple times and it is always such a great experience. We drove behind the general manager tonight who consistently went 60km/hour in zones that were listed at 80-100km per hour. The road conditions were perfect, and there was no reason for him to be driving this slow. He maintained this speed from Vernon to Sicamous, creating a line of traffic 8 cars or more deep. For someone who manages a transportation company, you’d think he would know the rules of the road, which are to MOVE OVER AND LET CARS PASS if a line of vehicles has formed behind you. When we finally reached a passing lane, he increased his speed to 120km/hour, making it next to impossible for us to pass him safely. We did not appreciate being held up, nor did we appreciate you increasing your speed at the first passing lane we had hit in an hour. Scott needs to relearn the basics of driving. I would not hire this company to transport me. Also, his van was empty. No passengers were present , so there was really absolutely no reason for his poor driving behavior.

Inconceivable (in the voice from The Princess Bride). Emily was courteous, knowledgeable , super friendly and the drive was very smooth. I had planned to listen to a podcast but the discussion was so engaging and before I knew it , the time flew by.. Wonderful door to door service , lots of opportunities to stop and stretch (if needed)

First time taking the transfer, was a bit stressed as the driver was late to my location (airport) but a quick phone call confirmed that I had not been forgotten! Was nice to get dropped off at my own front door. An essential service for Revelstoke! I only wish there were more times during non-ski season.

Both parts of my trip Kelowna to Revelstoke and back to Kelowna were handled professionally. Leaving Kelowna I was pleased that the driver contacted me to offer an earlier start for the journey to Revelstoke, getting me to my destination at least 2 hours earlier. The return trip to Kelowna was also a positive experience. The young woman who drove us was friendly and the exchange of ideas made the trip pass quickly.

Great service. On time. Clean, comfortable vehicle. Professional driver. Patrick was great! We had a great conversation about everything life on the drive from Revy to YLW all while he maintained focus on the road. I felt safe and relaxed throughout the trip!
