I came in the store with an extremely loose handlebar on my scott which was recently serviced at Giant Cape Town on Hans Strijdom Ave. A lovely gentleman by the name of Sterling told me that it was extremely loose. Then he further examined my bike and told me that the previous servicer routed my cables incorrectly and even helped me with my front brake problems. There was no need for any of this but what great, kind and honest people. They actually care about your bike and do it like it's for themselves.

Great service and friendly staff all around! Came to get my noisy front brake checked, left with a silent front break and with some minor adjustments on my mtb, making it ride beter.

I went into Revolution cycles to get my bike serviced. The team is super friendly and I chatted to the owners as well who gave me good advice on which tyres to use. During the service they were also able to fix the annoying sound that my bike was making and bike came back sparkling and looking like new. Great service and comprehensive selection of gear. Workshop is very efficient with talented mechanics. Had a custom wheel built - still going strong. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy would recommend.
