I had an amazing stay at this lodge! The setting is absolutely beautiful with stunning views, and the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing. The food was excellent, and the hosts were incredibly gracious and welcoming. Truly a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Exceptional food and helpful staff like the cooking lady and housekeeping and another person. Rooms were very good but only according to price, very much value worthy because of price otherwise its average, overall it was a nice stay except for a few nicks and hitches. Location was ok or rather a bit average

Before visiting darjeeling I've seen many reviews of these hotel. I was quite impressed by the reviews so I booked the hotel. After reaching the location it was approx 10min away from mall. But the services were not up to the mark. I don't know for some reason that owner wasn't cooperative at all. Everytime we asked something or any help she answered in a very different way like we felt we've asked something wrong. Anyway we're avoiding that honestly. On the day of check out hotel staff has came to ours rooms and he checked the entire 3rooms then we went downstairs to pay the bill, while we were checking the bill again that staff went upstairs and checked the rooms. After that when reached NJP the owner called us and informed that somehow the window snob was broken, but we didn't do anything, but still she blamed us. It was very unpleasant experienced I never though I'll get. Anyway people like us usually go on vacation to get some memories but this experience was horrible.

Overall, it was a good stay experience. The caretaker and staff members are very gentle, humble and friendly. We stayed here for 3 days with family. The rooms are neat and clean and the interior design is very good.

Pathetic experience. The owner was not friendly and helpful. She was very irritated for some reason. But still the rooms were ok. But on the day of check out the hotel staff has checked the rooms twice after that also the owner called us and blamed us of breaking the window knob and then disconnected the call right away. So the point is staff had already checked twice he didn't find anything , was he sleeping at that time! Maybe he has done something and then blamed us for this

The rooms are great with astonishing view and the distance from mall road is only 5 mins of walk. The food is another great point of this hotel. If you are lucky, you can also see kanchanjanga from the hotel. Bed heater and geyser is also available in the rooms, along with warm drinking water facility. Rooms are well maintained and no compromise with the safety. It has cozy, feel good vibe

Nice place to stay at Darjeeling. 10 minutes walking distance from Darjeeling Mall. If you want calm & peace, stay here.
