10 Best Coffee Shops in Bali | Condé Nast Traveler

"Baby Rev's, as Baby Revolver is known, is an intimate hole-in-the-wall spot with only eight seats. The interior is styled like a cozy cabin, with dark wood-paneled walls and Navajo-patterned cushions. Baby Rev's is part of the Revolver Espresso brand, which was one of the first to bring Australian-style coffee to Bali. The company roasts and blends its beans in its own roastery using a retro Diedrich roaster as well as a new Giesen machine." - Anna Chittenden

Revolver is a solid stop if you care about good coffee and a cool café vibe. The coffee is consistently well-made—strong, smooth, and clearly crafted by people who know what they’re doing. Food is well-presented and tasty, though portions are more café-style than heavy brunch. The space has a distinctive, slightly edgy aesthetic that sets it apart from typical Bali cafés. It does get busy, especially during peak hours, but service remains efficient and friendly. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for quality coffee, a relaxed hangout, and a quick bite—worth visiting if you’re in the area.

A super hip restaurant with the BEST coffee in Bali ☕️. The food was absolutely divine, and the service top notch! Was quick to the table. Special shout-out to Vin, who provided outstanding service and made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Stopped by Revolver Seminyak with friends for a light dessert during the day. Tried the tiramisu and it was a really nice choice — well balanced and not overly sweet. Also had their signature Revolver Coffee Shake, creamy and indulgent, mixed with floaty ice cream, perfect for a chill break. The place itself is quite unique and always buzzing. Tables are pretty much always full, with people coming and going, giving it a very lively atmosphere. The staff were quite attentive, and special mention to the security outside who was kind enough to help take our photos. The café is tucked away in a dead-end alley, so if you’re coming by car, it’s better to park at Seminyak Square and walk over. Overall, a fun spot to hang out and enjoy good coffee and dessert.

Absolutely loved this place! 🌟 The staff are incredible – so welcoming and attentive, and they even remembered my partner from a visit 5 years ago, which blew us away. That kind of personal touch makes the experience so special. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were perfectly refreshing, and the whole setting has such a unique charm. Tucked away down a little street and through a hidden door, it feels like you’ve discovered a secret spot in Seminyak. The vibe is unbeatable – relaxed, stylish, and full of good energy. Couldn’t recommend it more highly! 👌

Amazing atmosphere, and everyone was super friendly. The menu has so many options and all the food we ordered was amazing. Our server Vin was super friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and well accommodated.

Atmosphere Very classy restaurant beautifully decorated with nice furniture. Nice warm lighting and feels pretty romantic inside. The table spacing is pretty close and feels a bit cramped inside. Not a lot of space. Please make a booking since the place gets booked out fast. Food Excellent food, super tasty and well presented. Drinks and the cocktails are so nice. Must try the coffee it’s one of the best for me. They also have happy hours so lookout for that. Service Surprisingly the service wasn’t that friendly compared with other restaurants out there. Still a good service but I didn’t find the staff hat friendly and attentive. Just didn’t feel welcomed to the restaurant. Overall Excellent food and coffee will definitely go again.

I visited this café to grab a coffee and try some desserts. Honestly, their coffee is among the best I’ve had — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The desserts were also amazing; I tried both the cake and the cookies, and they were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. Highly recommend visiting and giving it a try!

You know, I’ve always believed breakfast is the most important meal of the day, mostly because I become dangerously emotional without eggs. So naturally I found myself at Revolver Espresso, which, incidentally, looks like what would happen if a Brooklyn loft and a weapons museum had a child who listened to vinyl. The place is terrific; hip, stylish, intimidating in that way cafés get when the barista has more tattoos than I have confidence. I ordered the Brekky Burger, which was so fresh and perfect I immediately felt inadequate. I mean, who makes a burger this early in the morning with this much self-esteem? I can’t even fold a fitted sheet. The Bulletproof Coffee was excellent, rich, smooth, and containing enough butter to start an argument with a cardiologist. One sip and I felt like I could write a novel, or at least apologise convincingly to my therapist. Then came the tres leches, which is completely untraditional but tastes like the kind of dessert you eat after making a series of poor life decisions. It’s soft, creamy, and vaguely existential. I’m still thinking about it. I may never stop. Naturally I wandered into the merch store across the lane because nothing signals inner peace like buying a T-shirt you don’t need. They had coffee beans, hats, shirts… I’m considering using the bag as emotional support. Revolver is, without question, the best breakfast spot in Seminyak. It’s cool, effortlessly so, like that friend who always looks good even when they swear they "just woke up." If heaven has a café, this is the prototype.
