Where to start? Working with Rex Down fish merchants for a few years now and I can honestly say they are the best in the business! Being an ex commercial fisherman I know my fish, Rikki always comes up trumps with the best freshest day boat fish for us. I don’t even say what I specifically want now I just ask him to buy off the market for us and get what he thinks is best Anyone looking for fish for retail or trade then look no further!
