Big thanks to Andrew Reagan and REX team. They were very helpful and accessible throughout the whole process. We absolutely loved the pictures that REX took for the listing and a quick walkthrough video was a very nice touch as well. The appraisal they provided was very detailed and we ended up selling the house for the appraised amount. We started getting showings the day after the house was listed and had a steady flow until we received the offer that we were happy with. The whole team is very professional and were a lot of help for us while navigating the sales process.

Many thanks to Andy Regan and the REX team. They were able to sell my house in the Denver area after I had had it on the market with another company for over 4 months. The house presented particular challenges since repair work was needed and I wanted to sell it “as is.” Throughout the process Andy remained positive even when some low-ball offers came in. We ended up selling above the asking price. I would definitely use REX again and recommend them to my friends.

Very positive experience selling my house with REX, and REX's Andrew R and Steve D. I had a unique situation - vacation rental home that had a referred buyer. But, not knowing if that buyer would pan out I still wanted a low-cost/high quality way to sell the home. REX was it - excellent communication, low fees even with the buyer bringing an agent (~2.5% all-in). I feel I got a great deal and a timely, professional closing.

REX saved us thousands in commissions and even got us 5k over asking on our first offer! We are very pleased with Andrew our listing agent and how committed he was every step of the way day or night. I would highly recommend trying REX out instead of paying the traditional 6% commission. Especially in a hot market like Denver’s!

Now, I do believe that Rex sells homes. I believe that they sell homes in Denver. I also believe that over half of their sales end in an offer being made with the help of a buyer agent. I don't believe their "system" is the best for the market, but i'm sure that you can get lucky and eventually Rex will sell your home. They didn't sell mine. 3 days after my contract ran out with Rex, my listing was posted the traditional way and I had multiple offers within 48 hours, including a cash offer. Rex never showed my home ONCE, by a Rex agent, in 75 days. I had 12 visits in 48 hours while posting my home the traditional way. Rex, something went wrong! Horribly wrong! If you go with Rex, it's a gamble. If you win, you will save a lot of money. For myself and a work client that I have, Rex was not able to create ANY traffic to our Denver homes. If a man named "Steve" comes to your house to sell the service, yes...he's a sales man. He sold us. We wish he didn't. Not ONE showing happened in 75 days.

Andrew and the Rex team were on the top of their game. This is the first time I'm working with Rex homes. As a virtual real estate company I was positively impressed by the new concept. They even sold my home faster than they thought, and save me some money.
