I think this is a communal space, because there’s so much to see and do in one building. When you enter, the photo box is immediately on the right side, I tried it and it was super fun! I think it costs around 20/25RM for a strip of photos plus digital files. Right next to it, there is a small shop with cute, antique-style items. I love the vibe here, it feels very young, creative, and energetic. Definitely a perfect place to hang out and explore!

RexKL is one of the most unique spots in Kuala Lumpur — a creative space built inside an old cinema, giving it a very raw and artistic vibe. The atmosphere is calm, aesthetic, and perfect for chilling, working, or just exploring something different from typical malls. There are small indie bookstores, cafés, and local brands, which makes it feel very community-driven. Great place if you like peaceful hangouts, creative energy, and Instagram-worthy corners. Not ideal if you’re looking for loud nightlife — this place is all about slow vibes and culture.

Had such a good time at RexKL with my daughter. We came for lunch and ended up staying for hours. There’s so much to see — cool little shops, local creators, fun geek stuff, random unexpected finds, and that amazing bookstore space. You can just walk around and discover something new at every corner. The vibe is relaxed and friendly, not pretentious at all. We even made a few new Vietnamese friends while hanging out. Definitely one of those places in KL where you can just chill, explore, and enjoy the atmosphere. Would come back again and again ;)

I loveee this place so much, i’ve been there twice. always feeling love with the arts and there were many aesthetics things to take pictures. you guys can wear your cute and chic outfit to find a nice picture!🎀👌🏻🥳🫶🏻

Interesting place and nice place for jalan jalan. Very good and unique. I have buy some book and souvenir back. Foto bagus. And there are food court. Western mainly I look. Also look have a good cafe professional. Worth to come here.

When you come to REXKL, you’ll notice it’s packed with young, trendy people. The first floor is full of cool food stalls, a live performance space, and even a super unique bookstore, so there’s always something fun to explore. It’s also one of those spots where every corner feels Instagram-worthy, perfect for snapping a few photos while you hang out.

Such a cool and unique spot in KL! The vibe is very hipster and artsy — definitely a place for people who enjoy creative spaces and something a little different from the usual malls. They have thrift shops, independent vendors, and lots of interesting little corners to explore. It’s the kind of place where you can slowly walk around, discover hidden gems, and maybe find some vintage pieces. Definitely worth visiting, especially if you like urban, alternative, and thrift culture. Great place to hang out and take some aesthetic photos too.

Just happened to explore Central Market, walked around Petaling Street, and ended up at this place — didn’t even know it was so hyped, but it was totally fun to visit! There are plenty of antique shops inside and a maze-like BookXcess that’s perfect for aesthetic photos. We didn’t buy or eat anything, but it’s definitely a cool place to stop by.
