Reformed from old cinema. G/F: ex- concourse of the cinema. Food court is behind the staircase. Packed. Nails from a construction site torn my shirt. 1/F: retail shops. 2/F: a kind of gallery, fee payable. Look like a cinema. Didn't enter there. 3/F: a photogenic bookshop. Attractive site. Toilets are available, free of charge.

A novel venue, being an old cinema that was converted into a bookstore. The building also houses a host of other vintage shops, reminiscent of the 1990s. I found the place to be largely more suited for capturing picturesque scenes rather than for purchasing anything, though a book lover may find a good deal at the bookstore.

Interesting place.. I feel excited when the moment I step in to this place in the busy KL city. Such an interesting place! I felt a spark of excitement the moment I stepped in—right in the heart of busy KL. I love the blend of heritage and contemporary vibes, and browsing through the shops brought a wave of nostalgia. The bookstore on the upper level is fantastic, and it’s clear why so many people come here for photo shoots. I’m looking forward to seeing the new stores currently under renovation, and I’ll definitely be back for another visit!

Nice place. The aesthetics of the bookstore is a nice touch for photo sessions and if you want t relax and grab some snacks, there is a convenience store, coffee shop and varieties of food shops on the ground level

It is so incredibly quirky and cool from before you even enter. The book store is what blew my mind away, they have so many and everything is so well organised by genres. Just outside there is a cute retro photo booth and vinyl shops as well as a coffee one downstairs. Very aesthetic but soothing to the soul to be in there

So much fun, you will definitely find one that suit your current read. Must visit & spare more than 2hours so you have good time there. And should buy 1 of the book blind date, like you buy labubu but this more fun!

Don’t know how long the books can last in this old cinema space converted into a chic giant bookshop with this heat and humidity. It is very warm within with some spotty air conditioning. It is nice to drop by to see what they have done to the space. The cinema tile flooring and layout, even some old signages have been preserved. The thrift and curios shops are nice to explore if only it is just cooler with proper air conditioning!!
