Reykjavík Natura - Berjaya Iceland Hotels

Upon first arrival we were disappointed as from the outside and the area the hotel is located in was not what we we’re expecting. |However, inside the hotel was modern, welcoming, clean and exactly what we expected. Our room wasn’t ready as we had arrived early so we visited the restaurant which was a buffet lunch, this was beautiful, the quality and the selection were great. |Our room overlooked the airport but don’t let this bother you as there were very few planes and the noise was minimal. |Breakfast wasn’t included in our booking but is available to book on an adhoc basis which we did one of the mornings. Again the selection and quality was exceptional. |The hotel is located outside of the city centre and took approx 30min to walk there at a leisurely pace. |There is a small supermarket located about 500m from the hotel for essentials. But there are vending options in the hotel selling sandwiches and drinks. |The spa looked beautiful but we didn’t have opportunity to use it. This is NOT included in the hotel price and can be an expensive swim. |To summarise |Nice hotel|Nice rooms|Nice restaurant |Clean|Don’t judge a book by its cover.

We were very excited for our stay at Reykjavik Natura. It was our last night in Iceland and we were looking forward to relaxing. However... when we arrived, we were informed that children were only allowed in the spa area between 11 AM and 2 PM. So after morning check out and before afternoon check in. We arrived around 4 PM to check in. Not ideal. The pool and spa was the main reason we booked this hotel. They did make an exception for my 8-year-old but we were told he was to be very quiet and if anyone complained we would be immediately kicked out. We also requested a King Suite. And while the room was very nice, the TV did not work at all during our stay. Again, we were looking to relax and really not do much during our stay because it was our last night before flying out. Meaning, we wanted to swim in the pool and chill out in the room and watch TV. I would not be inclined to stay at this property again. It was just really disappointing and there are quite a few other very nice places to stay in Reykjavik.

Room was small but I think that's normal there. The beds were twin with 2 small pillows. Showers are always hit or miss when you're away from home. This place did not disappoint. Hot water & great pressure. They were helpful at the front desk. Location: about 15 min walk to BSI. Could take 30-60 minutes to walk to center city depending on where. Issue: we rarely ask the room to be cleaned but, we were leaving our room on the 3rd day when approached by staff & asked if we wanted a clean. I said yes for fresh towels & linens. They did not replace either. They actually folded the towels we already used. I like to conserve but that's a little gross. One more addition, I can be a coffee snob. There was a little machine in the room & the dark pods were really good.

Stunningly beautiful. We paid a little extra for a massive room with windows facing the runway and watched Northern Lights from our room! The staff was friendly and helped us book a coach to Keflavik airport. We walked to Perlan through some woods (highly recommend) and also walked to the Golden Beach to stew ourselves in the hot water while watching a perfect sunset. The breakfast and the dinner buffets are amazing and again, I can't praise the hotel and restaurant staff enough.

I booked this hotel through Iceland Air. This was my first time to Iceland. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and safe. Adequate parking. Internet was fine for surfing, streaming, and keeping in touch with the office. The hotel spa was fairly nice. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of offerings. Things in Iceland are expensive, so loading up at breakfast was a cost savings. The hotel is near a bus stop, walking paths (10 minutes by foot to downtown), and very close to the Perlan museum. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner buffet was pretty good, along with bar food like fish n' chips. I'd stay there again for sure.

We stayed here mid October 2025. Hotel is clean, spacious & very welcoming with plenty of parking. The staff were very helpful & upgrade our room for free. The spa was nice & quiet when we were there, so good to relax after exploring iceland. We got from the al a carte menu in the restaurant, so the choice was somewhat limited, but the food was nice. Perfect place to stay at the end of your Iceland trip before going to the airport the next day.

This is a great budget hotel. I would say it is a 3 star hotel. The rooms are very small but nice enough if you don’t plan on spending much time in them. The location is very convenient, less than a 15 minute walk to BSI Bus Stop or about 30-45 minutes to downtown. The food at the buffet is great. The staff is very nice.

The hotel is located immediately adjacent to the domestic airport, so there is occasional noise from the private jets that fly in and out of that airport. Others, the location is good, i.e., it is possible to walk to major sightseeing attractions. room was a good size. The bathroom was cramped, especially the shower. The front desk was incompetent! We had a two night stay, combing a personal reservation with one made by a tour company. The hotel and the company were advised that we didn't want to have to checkout and check-in. Upon arrival the front desk manager issues us keys the he said would be good for both nights. When I got to our room, the keys didn't work. I had to go back to the lobby to have the keys reissued. The next morning the keys stopped working again! Breakfast was good.
