On the Grid : Reynard

"Who says you have to choose between the jaw-dropping views from the rooftop of the Wythe Hotel or the impeccable menu of the Reynard? You don't. Enjoy farm-to-table dishes, updated daily based on what's in season in one of the most elegant buildings in Brooklyn. Graze on brunch as you bask in the warm summer light, then head up stairs to the roof for a drink and take in all the city has to offer." - Krrb

Ayanna and Miles are really welcoming and friendly. The concierge team and consultants makes me feel home! I enjoy my life in this apartment. The amenities are so good! I love the outdoors area and also the gym. I also wanna thank the clean crew. The apartment is so tidy and i love it. Residents are also friendly according to my experience.

I had the most bizarre experience visiting the Reynard. I went on their website and found the unit I was interested in seeing prior to scheduling my tour. When I went, the leasing agent showed me another unit before showing me the one I wanted. When we got to the unit I wanted, he shared that he initially wanted that unit for himself and his wife but ended up putting it back on the market a couple days before my tour. At the end of my tour, I expressed that I liked the apartment and would be interested in moving forward. He checked and confirmed that it qualified for the 1.5 month special. By the time I got home and went on their website to apply, the listing was taken down lol. I sent an email and got no reply. I know landlords, property managers and leasing agents are notoriously shady but this was unbelievable and a complete waste of my time. Other considerations: - All of the amenities are on the first floor - Some units are a long walk from the elevators - The finishes are inconsistent. (White and brown cabinets mixed) Judging from other reviews, their leasing agents seem to deter prospective tenants. That’s what did it for me. To avoid future problems, I’ve decided not to apply here.

I’ve been living here for about 6 months and so far it’s been great! However the real reason I’m leaving a review is to give a shoutout to the amazing concierge staff at this building, specifically Ayanna! Every day, she greets residents with such warmth and positivity, it’s always a joy to see her when I come home (she’s also definitely one of the dogs favorites!). She genuinely cares about the people in the building and goes above and beyond to help anytime you need anything. I had an issue once with an aggressive driver in the garage, and Ayanna handled my concerns with such kindness and professionalism, making me feel very heard and safe. Overall, Ayanna’s energy, care, and presence make Reynard feel even more like home. Shoutout to Ayanna!🫶🏽

I recently moved into the Reynard and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. The building is new and offers great amenities, the location is wonderful with Whole Foods & Starbucks across the street. As well as two expansive parks nearby which is perfect for my pup and I. Management is nothing short of amazing and the 24/7 concierges are awesome too! I love my unit, its quiet (even though I face Georgia Ave) and modern. The parking garage offers plenty of spaces so you never have to fight for a spot. Other than occasionally smelling marijuana through the vents and kids sometimes running around, I have no complaints! I’ve only been here for a short amount of time but I’m happy to call the Reynard my home!

Living at the Reynard Apartments has been a fantastic experience, and a big part of that is thanks to Ayanna, our concierge. From day one, she has gone above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. Whether it’s handling packages with care, greeting everyone with a warm smile, or helping resolve any issues quickly and professionally. She’s incredibly attentive and always remembers the little things that make a big difference—like remembering names, following up on requests, and making sure common areas are always in top shape. The Reynard itself is a great place to live—clean, modern, and thoughtfully managed—but having Ayanna at the front desk really elevates the experience.

Now that im here, she goes above and beyond to help me with anything that I need. Shes very knowledgeable, warm hearted and answers whatever questions I have. Thx Ms. B for everything. Also I want to say Mr. Miles is one on the best concierges ive had. Always have a smile and super nice. You guys are the best

For starters, I’d like to say the staff and managers are fantastic and incredibly friendly. The concierges are absolutely wonderful too. The building is absolutely not luxury and not worth the price you pay. I’d give it a 1 star because that honestly reflects the living conditions. The walls are paper thin to where I’m hearing my neighbor walking almost daily. The smell of weed is a major issue that I’ve complained about for weeks and seeing other reviews have supported that concern. I’m sure it’s hard to police but some of the residents here don’t respect their neighbors. The hallways are constantly full of children unattended running and playing until about 9pm every single night since I’ve moved in. If you’re looking for a quiet place, this building is not it. We were told the windows are pretty sound proof which isn’t the case. Residents have thrown nothing short of parties in the courtyard at late hours and you can hear everything down to the lyrics of the music they blast. These are building infrastructure issues and residents. There are many other things inside our unit that I can nitpick due to contractual issues. Also, the HVAC is insanely loud. Again, the staff are wonderful. I’m looking forward to moving after our lease is up because the price doesn’t reflect the living conditions.

When duty calls Mrs. Bianca makes sure you get exactly what you need. She's always available and doesn't hesitate to make sure your needs are satisfied being a resident!! She's makes living here feel comfortable and safe if I ever bring and concerns her way!
