Rhea Silvia Luxury Navona

The hotel near Piazza Navona offers a very good experience. The service is excellent, and all the staff stood out for their attention and friendliness, always ready to help and make you feel welcome. The price may be a bit higher compared to others, but the fantastic location more than makes up for the difference you might find when looking at hotels farther away. The hospitality is also remarkable; we received many complimentary items and extras such as wines, appetizers, and more. Highly recommended.

Just back from a 4 night stay at Rhea Silvia Luxury Navona in lovely Rome. The highlight is very much location, just steps from Piazza Navona, surrounded by eateries and walkable to the Vatican and Colosseum/Forum. Our room, a suite, was huge for a city centre room, and very comfortable. The hotel is a little anonymous, you can easily walk past it, aside from a small sign on the large wooden entrance door. The breakfast was a bonus, easy to order online and delivered to your room. The only downside is noise, we were on the third floor, right above Corsia Agonale with a restaurant below, so chairs being stacked at 2am, bottles being collected at 6am, as examples. Those are the perils of staying in a city centre location, however. Overall, we had a great stay.

My husband & I stayed at the Rhea Silvia in Piazza Navonna in September, 2025. It was centrally located to so many attractions. Our accommodations were lovely. Plentiful-beautifully presented breakfasts. Jennifer was wonderful-so helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome. It was a truly enjoyable experience & we hope to one day return to the sites, sounds & wonderful flavors of Italy!

We stayed here the last 3 nights in August. This isn’t a chain hotel, which allows it to have a character of it’s own. It is on the first floor of a traditional building with the entrance on a side street, between 2 restaurants. It is a shared door with intercom access. You can then either take the marble stairs or the small, characterful lift to the first floor. Once checked in you are given a key to the front door of the building. This added to the charm of the hotel as we felt more like locals than tourists. We were able to shut out the buzz of the city and enter a cool oasis of tranquillity.

Beautiful, spacious air-conditioned rooms that served as a sanctuary in the city for us as a family of four (2 children aged 11 & 8). Easy access to the sights and sounds of Piazza Navona and nearby icons such as the Pantheon and Colosseum. Jo and the team were really helpful in providing services such as booking taxis and recommending nearby laundry service. Would love to stay here again and would happily recommend to anyone coming to Rome.

Let’s start with the location! Wow…right on the piazza. Walkable to sites, restaurants. Even our pizza making class was a few doors down. Then the rooms…again wow. So well appointed. We reserved 5 rooms for our large group. Our room had the view of the fountain. The others were more than completely satisfied with their rooms. Beautiful. Now the staff… I cannot not say enough about the friendly, helpful staff. No request was too big or small. One of us left something in the room at checkout. I contacted the hotel and they responded they safely stored it. We returned after a 9 day cruise and he was able to pick it up. Finally the breakfasts…delivered right to your room and completely amazing. The staff arranged shuttles for us to and from our destinations. They even packed to go breakfast items as we had an early checkout. Air conditioning and elevator. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Overall the hotel was really great and would def come back. 1. The hotel was in a perfect location. 2. The staff/service was really friendly and extremely accommodating. 3. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds 4. Breakfast delivered to room just made it very convenient after long travel Appreciate the entire staff especially Sandro.

Fabulous 4-day stay, the staff were so thoughtful and friendly. We had a bottle of red to welcome us and glass of apéritif on our last night. Breakfast served in room every morning. Room is very clean and quite spacious with great view of Piazza Navona right in front of window. Location is walking distance to everywhere. Would definitely stay in this hotel again when in Rome.

Rhea Silva is actually called the Rhea Silvia Luxury Rooms in Piaza Navona, which is just 5-15 minute walk to most attractions in Rome. The rooms are very clean, spacious, bright and comfortable. We absolutely loved it. The hotel is across the street from the Senate so police is close by for Tourist safety. Piazza Novona is near many shops, stores, restaurants, bars, and much more. The rooms have free minibar restocked daily, free daily breakfast delivered to your room, great AC, spacious private bathroom, internet TV and free WiFi. The staff were so incredible and so friendly, helpful. They all spoke perfect English. They helped set up our cruise ship transfer in private van. (At of course our cost) but that was so helpful. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this amazing property!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Rhea Silvea at Piazza Navona. It is a little difficult to find as there is no signage, but follow the number of the address. It is hidden and the door is one that leads to the apartments of that building. The rooms are wonderful and the staff is outstanding, especially Marlon! The breakfast is outstanding and is cooked every morning and served promptly at the desired time. The transport to the airport is also easy and worthwhile. Definitely will stay there next time!
