We made a mistake while booking and they were so understanding, helped us change the reservation, and saved our visit to Basel. Very comfortable beds, good price, and a few minutes walk to the river. We really enjoyed our fourth floor balcony as well.

Room was comfortable and clean. Shower door leaked even when shut. Needed a lot of extra towels. Otherwise, great stay. Nice location within walking distance to Altstadt, bridges, river, etc.

Rooms are what you pay for, they're a bit narrow and the matresses are a bit tough but it is overall still kind of cozy. The shower doors didn't seal properly and some water leaked out through the bathroom door, nothing tragic but still something you should keep in mind while you are getting yourseld cleaned. Lastly the food was excellent, would happily come again.

Great value. The bed was comfortable. I arrived after 9 pm and used a phone on the desk to call for someone to check in. The gentleman didn’t speak English; however, that was no problem at all he was kind and made sure I knew how to find my room, use the lift and the password to the elevator. Coffee in the AM. And the chilled bottle of water is a step avlbove the rest. There is a restaurant and there was some fun happening down the hall, but I couldn’t hear anything from my room. I would stay here again.

Ideally positioned hotel close to trams ,buses and shops , great base to explore beautiful Basel.|All staff were extremely helpful and welcoming especially Amancio who explained about the Basel card which allowed free travel and concessions into exhibitions etc.|The ample sized room was super quiet , warm , very clean and relaxing and had all the amenities that we needed.|We had one evening meal in the restaurant which was delicious. |I would definitely love to return to this hotel again.

Very good location, easy to go anywhere because hotels guests entitled for city transportation all free including to and from Basel airports and railway stations.Toilet is a bit small but hot water is great, staff are very friendly.

First the good news, excellent dinner, although it was part of the full board and not fully a la carte. The bad news is that the room we had was so tiny you could not swing a mouse. The bathroom is fine, unless you are overweight, in which case good luck. The breakfast can not live up to our expectations given the tasty meal we had the night before.

Nice hotel clean and fairly central to the main tourist attractions.
