What a wonderful, memorable place to stay. ||A small private lodge, 8 rooms for 16 people, with its own private concession within the Kruger National Park. The accommodation was first class. 2 large queen sized beds, bath and outdoor shower and our own private deck area overlooking the watering hole. ||We had 4 nights here and saw some unforgettable sights. The big 5 in one day, and we loved our sleep out under the stars overlooking a watering hole, listening to the lions roaring during the night. Including a wonderful 3 course barbecue dinner cooked by Albie under a starlit sky. The sun rises and sunsets over the Park were stunning.||Superb staff, both the catering and housekeeping, nothing was too much trouble. Always smiling and laughing. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice for your evening meal. ||Brunch on your return from the morning game drive included fruit, yoghurt, full English and a Continental option and high tea before heading out for the afternoon drive. ||Our Guide, Fabian, had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the birds and mammals within the park. No 2 game drives covered the same ground and were meticulously planned, taking into account the weather/wind conditions, ensuring that we saw as many animals/birds conditions as was possible during the drives, tailoring them to our requests of what we would like to see. He also acted as our private waiter on our last night. Nothing was too much trouble for him, identifying the numerous birds we saw to keeping us safe by escorting us to our room every night. A brilliant Safari Guide who I cannot recommend highly enough. ||10 out of 10 for The Rhino Post Safari Lodge and all the staff involved in this endeavour.
