Wow. Incredible. I've been all over the southern U.S.A to enjoy BBQ and I can easily say this restaurant is in my top 3 all time. The pulled pork is so delicious. Not too fatty and perfectly full of flavor. The bbq sauces are unique and very different without going far from the original flavors of BBQ sauce. Best Mac and cheese I've had in France by a mile. You can tell the owner truly LOVES bbq and it comes across in the friendliness of the staff and the flavors of the meat. 5/5!

Amazing! Delicious smoked meats (better than most I have had in the US). Sauces are outstanding, especially the mustard based sauce - it really makes anything beef sing. Super friendly staff, good wine list and comfortable room make this a must go to spot for anyone hankering American BBQ. Pro tip: Definitely worth ordering the beef rib 48 hours in advance.

I booked this place for my partners birthday for some great steak . Unfortunately the day turned to be a disaster . Long story short . Great staff and food seemed really good . I had a beef steak with potatoes and my partner had pork with Mac and cheese with honey mustard sauce . I loved the food , as I am a huge bbq fan I poured some bbq sauce . Disaster struck just an hour after the food . I started to feel discomfort 30 min later . I fainted on the way and we had to call an emergency . I had a gastro !! It was very astonishing , as the beef was supposedly smoked for 12 hours ! It could have the sauce (since I alone had the bbq sauce), idk but the doc confirmed it was gastro . It’s really an unfortunate incident.

Lovely restaurant. The owner accommodated us although we arrived a little late in the evening. Care was taken to explain the whole menu and everything that was available. Great host and polite. The food was cooked through an amazing slow cooker and very tasty! Highly recommend for the food and the service! Thanks for making our stay so good! 😊

Best brisket I’ve had, even in the US. And I’ve been on a hunt for the best meat in Paris for years. Staff is super nice and helpful. The area is lively. A must go!

Excellent restaurant and great food. Many kinds of a meat 🍖 and also you have a chicken 🐔. Great serves and Atmosphere. You have many kinds of beer. I recommend this restaurant

A fun restaurant experience in a lively Paris neighborhood. You cannot beat their super-high-quality delivery of Texas style BBQ that anybody from the southwest US will recognize and any BBQ fan will appreciate. The service is great, with good English-speaking hosts that make it easy to get what you will enjoy. Their short wine list pairs perfectly with their menu, and the setting is cozy and the location is convenient. The sauce options were all very interesting and the traditional one was perfect, but at the end of our meal, we mixed our two pork dishes and the two red sauces for a spectacular finalé of the final few bites. Not that they should remove anything from their existing list to offer this, but it was fun. We will be back here soon and often. Not to be missed when you're in the 12th and anywhere near Gare de Lyon or Bastille.
