Great bar. Free pool. The crisp lager is much tastier then the rhino lager if your into lagers. Plenty of seating. Nice and warm bar.

Female bartender was extremely rude. We came to the venue for food and drinks. Empty venue, we were happy, bartender didn’t smile at all and was extremely rude to our group as we order food and drinks and were settling for the night. So many great places - this one is one to avoid. Make male bartender was more than lovely, such a shame. Great venue bartender needs a lesson in costumer service.

I’m shocked by what I saw at this bar. A man was treated so awfully by one of the staff, it actually made me scared for my own safety. The staff member was right up in his face, physically pushed him, and told him he “finishes in 30 minutes” and that he’d “sort him out.” It was terrifying to watch, this poor man looked completely stunned and humiliated. He didn’t do anything aggressive, he wasn’t arguing, yet he was spoken to like a criminal and physically handled in front of everyone. You could see how scared and confused he was, and no one should ever be made to feel that way especially by staff in a place where you’re supposed to feel safe having a good time. The whole situation was disgusting and unnecessary. I honestly left straight away feeling awful for him, if that’s how this place treats people, I can’t believe they’re still in business. Absolutely no excuse for threatening and laying hands on a person. No excuse, no matter what. This man was physically pushed and assaulted by the bouncer. As far as I’m concerned a bouncer is responsible for maintaining the safety, order, and security of the venue. But as far as I seen this bouncer done none of this and was obviously more concerned with assaulting a person than his actual job. Disgusting.

absolutely loved my experience at rhinos, drinks were beautifully made and the customer service felt top tier! i felt completely welcomed into the atmosphere as soon as stepping foot into the place. Jackson, Olivia and Bruna specifically made my family and I experience the best i’ve ever had, definitely will be coming back here as a regular!!

The service was amazing. The food was nice enough. The pizzas were nice but a lot of flavours all loaded on one pizza. The calamari was good, nice flavour and not overcooked. The bacon, mac and cheese croquettes are pretty bland. It was a very dark ambiance and felt a bit more of a dirty club atmosphere rather than a restaurant (obviously it's both)

Terrible service - asked for a vodka lime soda and got a lemonade. Gave the bartender the benefit of the doubt, asked for the same thing again, and still didn’t get the right drink. Ended up paying twice and got attitude from the bartender. Instead of clarifying what it was that we wanted, we were met with aggression. The venue and atmosphere is average, if you get a burger meal you can expect it to come with 7-8 chips only :)

Female emo bargirl was horrid. She needs to learn to smile and be polite to PAYING customers. She even made snide comments (we could hear!) to another worker there. Won’t be returning purely because of her. Food was nice though so it’s a pity.

Bro went to that over 30s gig they had and the vibes were flowing till the bro got dragged out by the bouncer would have left sooner if I’d known, was looking for him all night in that place and smashed my own time and fun. Bouncers you have are trash can’t handle a women paying for her man. Done
