Rhode Island Modular Homes

I live in Gales Ferry and I had a modular built from Ct Valley over 20 years ago. This house has remained well built and contractors frequently comment how they are impressed with the sturdiness and quality. I love my home and would build another modular from Ct Valley without hesitation. I particularly liked the fact we could customize the floor plan to my needs. Thus I was able to design the house to my needs and likes. Something I did not find with most stick builders.

Our experience working with Rhode Island Modular homes was quite favorable. This was our second home using RIMH - and we were pleased with the results. Our home design was more complex than your average modular house - so we really pushed them to the limit as to what can be accomplished using a modular approach to home building - but both the factory and on-site crews were able to get it done and looking great! This all happened during a challenging time period, when the construction industry as a whole was experiencing major supply chain issues - so although we had delays, I feel the resolve to get it done within these parameters was really better than expected. When we did have quality or other concerns, the team made every effort to correct the problems and make it right - and the local team of workers were very committed to making sure we got the results we expected - they truly seemed to have our best interest at heart.

I’m a Connecticut Valley modular homeowner. Our home was completed July of 2021. I have nothing but praise for this company and the people that work for Connecticut Valley. I’ve had some minor issues like any other newly built home. Scott Anderson is on point. Recently I had an issue with two of my windows. I spoke with Jessica Kimble, I told her about my issue and within 24 hrs. Jessica took charge and had Walter calling the window manufacturer to take care of my dilemma. These are the type of people who work for CVM. I’m very happy with this company and so should you. True professionalism at its best. Thank you, Robert Alberga 👍
