Worst experience from a rental shop.
Firstly, it took us an hour to get our board and boots.
Secondly, my snowboard bindings had broken on day 6 (a part fell out) while I was on the slopes. I was on the top of the mountain and luckily found out that a part was missing while strapping in and not while I was riding or after I had sustained an injury. The rhythm team simply replaced the part with no recourse, stating that since I was in possession of the board, they would count that as a full day even though it was THEIR binding that broke on me.
Overall: Terrible service. Terrible quality of goods.
