If you're told they're one of the stops on a pub crawl when you arrive, then go elsewhere or expect to have zero service - at least, that was the excuse our waitress gave for it being almost 8 minutes after we were seated before she stopped by for the first time and another 7 or so minutes before our tea and water arrived. It took another 5 to 10 minutes for my Guinness Taster flight to arrive. The food, while tasty, wasn't hot when it arrived. Oh, and we got to watch our waitress smooching someone and refilling that table's drinks multiple times without us even having silverware long after our food arrived - it took me multiple flailing of arm attempts and finally a verbal callout to get our waittress's attention to request the missing silverware. I was not offered water with my beer flight, nor did anyone at our table receive a refill. When it came time for the check, I watched 3 other tables request their ticket after and receive their check before us. The bar area was hoppin and it looked like only one or two wait staff were working the dining tables. We went in-between major mealtimes, hoping it would improve our experience but were disappointed. Rira seems like a good bar for a drink with loud friends - I'll skip it for a casual meal next time, though. Food was quite pricey, too.
