Highly recommend this lovely, peaceful Riad just inside the Medina walls. It is stylish but relaxed with carefully chosen art and furnishings. The staff were wonderful, helpful and personable. Breakfast on the rooftop was the perfect chilled start to each day. It's walking distance to La Majorelle, the souks, and all the main attractions. They will organise airport transfers and excursions. We enjoyed an evening meal there one night, the hamman and had one of the best massages ever after the hammam. o and

Riad Al Massarah reflects the contrast you find in this amazing city. To get there you, need to get through the old Medina with all its noise and craziness . Once you arrive, you feel like you entered a timeless place , are the world is closed out with the front door.||A place that makes you feel you are at a special place. Starting with the amazing hospitality of the staff with attention to detail of our breakfast wishes to the beautiful outfit of the interiors. A very nice inner garden, where all the interior parts fit with each other. I enjoyed the relaxed feeling on the sun terrace as you do sun bathing and listening to the birds and the different background noises and imagine that you are on a kind of an island within this vibrant city. ||For me, a huge advantage was the quality of the bed that is rather firm just how I like it. Furthermore, we were given various options for breakfast. Another nice surprise was that there was a barista person on duty during our stay so we could have special coffee served with our breakfast. An additional plus is a small library, so you can take out books if you forgot them home.||I tried the Hamam and sauna of the House that I enjoyed as well. While there are larger ones in the city, it is practical to experience that ritual at your “home”.||Overall, a wonderful and peaceful place to stay — highly recommended!

We LOVED our stay at Riad Al Massarah. The location is perfect, right in the Medina, while having peace and quiet being inside the riad. The room is very spacious, the swimming pool is refreshing on hot days, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is super friendly and the hotel manager Adil went the extra mile and helped us with booking the airport transfers and booking extra activities such as a visit to the Agafay desert and cooking workshop. We also had a hammam session and massage at the riad which was just AMAZING. We more than recommend Riad Al Massarah!

This is a wonderful place where you feel like a family member, looked after and pampered, your needs anticipated and Marrakesh presented to you from the inside. |Within walking distance from the attractions of the Medina and the new city, the location is perfect. The riad itself feels both modern and authentic. From the red stones of the street, you enter this oasis of rustling plants and murmuring fountain, comfy chairs and soft lights. The breakfast on the roof terrace was perfect with different treats every day. After wondering around the city all day, you can relax by the fire with a pot of Moroccan tea and the whole library of books and games. The ‘in house’ hammam was great. We relaxed so much that we didn’t want to go out for dinner so the staff brought us plenty of wonderful snacks and salads. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with great advice on sightseeing, food, shopping and transport. It was also nice to learn that the owners are involved in the community: they run English classes for local children.

Adil was wonderful, he made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived! The Riad is good, it’s small and quiet. It almost feels like you have the entire place to yourself. We had two rooms. I think there are seven rooms in total. The other guests were all equally lovely and there was enough room for everyone to have privacy and feel at home.

This riad is absolutely amazing! All of their rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable. The ground floor of the riad is stunning with a very elegant lounge/library and an amazing pool. The rooftop is super cute and the breakfast up there were great. The staff were very attentive to our every need and helped us with finding all kinds of activities around the city. I loved this place and can’t wait to come back someday!

A Stylish and Welcoming Riad with a Few Drawbacks We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed riad. The style and attention to detail throughout the property are truly impressive — from the elegant decor to the thoughtful touches that create a warm, authentic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The only downside was our room, which was located on the rooftop terrace. While it had a unique charm and great views, it offered less privacy than we had hoped for and was a bit noisy at times due to its location. Overall, it's a lovely place with a lot of character and heart — just something to keep in mind when choosing your room.

My husband and I have stayed in several riads before in Marrakesh, but Riad Al Massarah has been by far the best riad!|Attention to details is what I would highlight; the owners clearly have a great taste and know hospitality. |The whole riad feels like a quite sanctuary, although you are right in the heart of the city. |The staff is very friendly, discrete, always available. |Breakfast has also been a highlight of the stay, every morning something homemade prepared by the staff.
