Staying at Riad Cherifa in Chefchaouen was an absolute highlight of our trip! The riad is beautifully designed, blending traditional Moroccan charm with modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and full of character, with stunning details that reflect the unique beauty of the Blue City.||The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was a treat—fresh, delicious, and served in such a peaceful setting. The riad’s location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel serene and relaxing.||I’d highly recommend Riad Cherifa to anyone visiting Chefchaouen. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience that adds so much to the magic of this incredible city.

A stunningly beautiful place to stay overnight. Well maintained. Great view. You can tell the attention the host has put into making this place feel so warm and welcoming. Stairs are narrow and lots of climbing, so try bring light luggages. Be ware if you do not like community living. Can be noisy living together, but we love it. Electricity get short circuited a few times overnight, no big deal, easily fixed.

The service was very good and attentive Breakfast on the pool deck was delicious The heaters and lap blankets were greatly appreciated. We were served tea and Moroccan sweets by the fire after a long day of sightseeing which was very welcome and delicious. A thoroughly enjoyable 2 night stay

This was the most beautiful of all the riads that we stayed in Morocco. Every nook and corner was decorated with woodwork and art and it felt like staying in a museum. The staff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast on the terrace next to the pool was great. We loved our stay and most definitely recommend this place.

The Riad Cherifa was a beautiful, charming place to stay for our 2 nights in Chefchaouen. Our room was beautiful with all the Moroccan decor. There is a cute dining area by the pool where we had a wonderful breakfast in the mornings and where we sat for mint tea and cookies on the day we arrived. It is off the main street of the medina, so it was quiet in the evenings. The staff was wonderful, from the reception to the porters that took care of our luggage. Highly recommend!

This place is perfect. The pool is small but who cares...the rooms are fantastic, the breakfast great, service excellent, massage great (& inexpensive). Location is ideal for everyone...walkers, hikers, climbers. No cars just a walking city with great buys & great friendly people.

Very quaint stay at a beautiful home from a long time ago. Some of the rooms are grand and others a little bit tight if you’re carrying luggage. However the interiors and the terraces leave you wanting to stay longer. Service was with a smile no matter time of day. Please remember to take small bags or the Riad can organise their small van to meet your bus to bring your luggage up. There’s a bit of a walk and it’s uphill so be prepared.
