The entire place is so beautiful and well kept. The room was very clean and well presented alongside all the communal areas, they have the best view of Fes from the rooftop! The staff were helpful and kind. The whole stay was amazing, would highly recommend.

We LOVED staying here so much we extended another night. |The staff is SO friendly and helpful and they work so hard. We also booked hammams & massages which were so relaxing. Yassine was amazing and gave us some wonderful recommendations for dinners around town. That being said, the food at the Riad was delicious as well.

The Riad is in a 17h Century palace , with superb decoration nicely preserved. The whole atmosphere and experience are magic, the personnel is extremely nice, from Aziz who helps guests to find their way through the Medina and carry your luggage, to cooks who prepared gluten free bread for me , the waiters and the reception. I would love to go back in my next trip to Fes.

Our experience at Riad Dar Bensouda was overall fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly caring and helpful. Yazid, in particular, was wonderful—he took the time to explain Fes and the surrounding area, provided us with a map, and even arranged a tour guide for us the next morning. His hospitality made a great impression and helped us navigate the medina with ease.||The room we stayed in was spacious—actually two rooms—making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The riad itself is a stunning 17th-century building, rich in history and authenticity. The intricate wooden doors and carvings throughout the property were simply breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the place.||If you're looking for an authentic and welcoming riad in Fes, I highly recommend Riad Dar Bensouda. The combination of historic beauty, excellent service, and spacious accommodations made our stay truly memorable.

We visited the hotel in March and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we especially enjoyed the rooftop that had plenty of space to relax in the afternoon sun with amazing views of Fes. The breakfast was great and done in a traditional Moroccan style. |The staff were incredibly helpful when they realised I had left an iPad in the room upon leaving. They were easy to liaise with to organise for it to be posted back to the UK

What a beautiful oasis of calm to come back to after a long day walking. It is centrally located in the Medina as so equal distance to the main attractions.|The building itself is magnificent, amazing history & design. We spent a few afternoons relaxing in the shade on the rooftop, which was perfect.|But the biggest highlight are the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Thankfully they all spoke English, which was much appreciated.

This is an excellent Riad. The main areas are beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. Our bedroom (for three people) was gorgeous. The ceiling were very high, the beds were very comfy (firm mattresses), and the bathroom was very good (nice, hot showers). The breakfast is very generous and set us up for the day. The Riad organised a guide (Omar) to take us around the Medina for 5 hours and it was definitely worth it. The management was very helpful and attentive.

Absolutely magnificent! My stay at Riad Dar Bensouda in Fes was an experience I will cherish forever, and a huge part of that was the unparalleled hospitality of every single member of their incredible team. From the moment Yaseen ياسين, Yazied يزيد and Abdelaziz عبدالعزيز welcomed me at the reception with warm smiles and genuine care, I knew I was in for something special. They were always available, ready to assist with any request and offered invaluable advice on navigating the fascinating labyrinth of the Fes medina.|The riad itself is a breathtaking masterpiece of traditional Moroccan architecture. Every corner tells a story, with intricate Zellij tilework, stunning carved cedarwood, and peaceful courtyards that transport you to another world. It truly felt like stepping into a living museum, yet with all the modern comforts one could desire.|Dining at Dar Bensouda was an absolute delight. Ibrahim إبراهيم and Mohammed محمد, the servers, were attentive, friendly, and made every meal a pleasure. Their warm service and genuine smiles added so much to the experience. And the food! Oh, the food! The ladies in the kitchen are true culinary artists. Each dish was a flavorful journey, showcasing the best of Moroccan cuisine with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I especially looked forward to breakfast each morning – a feast fit for royalty!|The Hammam experience was another highlight of my stay. Donia دُنيا created a truly relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. Their expertise and gentle care made the traditional Hammam ritual feel both authentic and luxurious. I left feeling completely refreshed and renewed.|Every single person at Riad Dar Bensouda contributed to making my stay unforgettable. Their genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly what set this riad apart. It wasn't just a place to stay; it was an immersive cultural experience where I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I wholeheartedly give Riad Dar Bensouda a 5-star rating and cannot wait for the opportunity to return. If you are looking for an authentic and exceptional experience in Fes, look no further!
