We had a lovely stay at this Riad. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were helpful and kind. Especially Zakaria made us feel very welcome, he even helped us get a moroccan sim-card. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Overall, can positively recommend Riad Helen.

Our stay at this riad was amazing, but what truly made it unforgettable was the staff’s warmth and care. Zakariae and Chouaib went out of their way every day answering all our questions, booking our transport, and recommending a beautiful country club we never would’ve found on our own. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight, freshly prepared by the women on staff, and something we genuinely looked forward to every day. Every detail was thought of, our room was refreshed daily with clean towels. This riad is more than just a beautiful place to stay, the staff made it truly special. Can’t recommend it enough, and we’ll definitely be back.

Great location, wonderful breakfast, and helpful staff. I never goor the feeling that I was bothering staff with our requests and they helped us in a variety of ways. A celebrity nvenient location. Quiet street but not far from the hustle-qnd-bustle. Recommended!

We spent beautiful evenings on the terrace, sharing deep and genuine conversations under the stars with them. They’re not only smart and kind but also incredibly helpful, and during our time together, we became real friends.||The riad itself is spotless, beautifully maintained by the wonderful ladies who not only kept everything clean but also cooked with incredible care and flavor. Every detail felt thoughtful—from the functioning AC and reliable safes to the peaceful energy of the place. It truly has a magical, calming atmosphere that stays with you.||Still, as beautiful as the riad is, it wouldn’t have been the same without Anas, Chouaib, and the amazing ladies. It was our first time in Morocco and we felt taken care of from start to finish. Their taxi service makes arrival easy. Chouaeb greeted us at the taxi and helped us in despite the late hour of arrival. We received good tips about the city. The room is comfortable and clean. The overall property is a quiet refuge in busy Marrakech. Everything most people visit in the city is walkable. We took advantage of the nice rooftop several times during our stay. Breakfasts were fantastic. They sell alcohol on the property, which can be hard to find in other parts of the city. They did our laundry for no charge. We would definitely recommend Riad Helen for anyone visiting Marrakech.

Our stay at the Riad was amazing. The manager , Chouaib was an incredible host - nothing was too much trouble . He answered our many questions and had great recommendations for the spa and restaurants . The riad is beautiful. A calm sanctuary after a busy day out . The linen on the beds is also great quality . The breakfasts were delicious and the location was extremely convenient! We cannot fault Riad Helen . Just wonderful ! Thank you again for your genuine hospitality . We hope to return !

Wow, what a fantastic little haven in the middle of Marrakesh. The riad is beautiful and clean. Staff were helpful and efficient. Great breakfast. Slept very well and bed super comfy. Big thank you to Chouaib for all the tips about exploring the city!
