The riad is very well located to the main sightseeing areas within walking distance. The riad is clean and the staff is super kind, friendly and you feel very welcome. Special thanks to Mohammed Amine for the hospitality, helping us with the parking fees and the breakfast. Also thanks to Mourad for the hospitality. Recommend the riad for warm, friendly, clean stay with proximity to medina.

Beautiful riad with modern rooms and fantastic staff. We stayed here for 3 nights. Our rooms were a bit too small, but I loved the modern design. Just a 10 minute walk to the main square, but situated in a quiet alley. Plenty of shopping nearby. Breakfast is fantastic, fresh, and homemade. What really makes this riad is the staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Definitely recommend.

My sister Gill and I really enjoyed our stay in Riad Houma. Malika, Mohame-Amine and Mourad were all so kind and helpful. The Riad was like a little palace. The rooms were lovely and everywhere was kept clean and tidy. The optional traditional Moroccan meal on our first evening was delicious.|I would definitely recommend the Riad Houma.|Tina and Gill.

The Riad Houma is exactly as beautiful as it appears in the pictures, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service. Mourad and Soufian went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable—Mourad takes care of guests during the night, while Soufian handles things during the day, ensuring 24-hour outstanding service.||The breakfast is absolutely delicious, and I also had the chance to experience the Hammam at the Riad—it was incredible. The private Hammam room is impeccably clean, exclusive, and offers a relaxing, luxurious experience.||Parking is conveniently located just a minute away from the Riad. While it’s not owned by the Riad, its proximity makes it very easy to access.

The Riad Houma did not meet our expectations, solely due to its architecture. The staff is very friendly, the riad is well located and clean. The bathroom was also very nice, with properly flowing warm water. However, we would definitely not stay there again. Our room had only one window facing the small, covered courtyard. Opening the window was not an option, especially since the dining and reception area was right outside the door. The room was stuffy and had an extremely damp smell, which was really unpleasant.

I have never been to a place quite like the Riad Houma before, although I have travelled extensively throughout the world..... We were welcomed by Soufiane who explained in great detail, local restaurants, activities and places of interest, making sure we had full details of how to return to the Riad by supplying a very detailed map. He also served us mint tea and traditional Moroccan biscuits. Our room was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, our suitcases were taken to our room and we unpacked. We then decided to go downstairs and met Murad...the brother of Soufiane....he was truly wonderful and could not do enough for us....even saying "our home is your home"....he supplied us with drinks and nibbles and copious amounts of ice for our drinks. so every night we went down for pre dinner drinks and Murad was always there to welcome us. We even asked if our friends how were staying at another Riad could join us for drinks and that was no problem either. Murad was also there throughout the night and served us breakfast which again was fantastic. Malika was on reception and always welcomed us with a cheery smile and again she was extremely helpful.|On our final morning Murad accompanied us to the taxi area and when the taxi wasn´t waiting for us he very kindly phoned the company and waited with us until it arrived. They did not book the taxi... we booked it independently.|A wonderful little gem and I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to stay there. Full marks to Riad Houma..........
