I feel bad not leaving a 5-star review because it’s an absolutely beautiful Riad in a great location. But a few things are missing - coffee/tea in the rooms, some kind of front desk, and locks for rooms (and names/numbers on them would be great). Take your own little padlock.
Without a front desk, the service is a bit difficult. If you want coffee, breakfast, have questions, need to organize a cab, etc, you have to go searching for someone. But when you find someone, they’re really helpful! Leshun (sorry about spelling!!) was great, and gave us a good orientation about the city when we arrived, which was really helpful. A bit more of an intro to the Riad would be helpful too - there’s a tv lounge you can discover if you go exploring. I didn’t even realize there was a rooftop patio until I just checked the photos after leaving!
There’s plunge pool in the middle of the courtyard - don’t be fooled, you can’t swim in it, and if you did, you’d definitely get funny looks!
