The raid is very nice, super comfortable and very close to the main square of the city (Jemaa el-Fnaa). The terrace presents an amazing view. Unfortunately, the full experience is ruined by the cleanliness level. The room was very dirty: we found hairs in the bed, stains of undefined product on the pillows, toilet room in bad conditions….. It is a pity that the raid is not maintained such good conditions as the place deserve. Hope they can do better for future customers.

As a female solo traveller I had a great experience. Staff were friendly and respectful, including the waiter Radoume. The breakfast was very generous and served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the city. The location was also great to walk into the market.

The riad is a stone throw away from the main square, but yet it is tucked away in it's corner not interrupted by the crowds. I was given a free room upgrade which was nice, receptionist was ready to answer my queries and breakfast service was good as well. I had to rush off for a tour but they still serviced a quick simple breakfast for me.

Rooms are smallest if you want to keep your bag open and unpack a few things, however there was good Aircon and some (french) satellite tv and private bathroom. Breakfast was ok. No room service eg sweeping daily. Felt secure and safe due to fulltime reception. Nice roof terrace but no lounges/sofas. The weather was low 40s so the ac was essential. Paid cash and got a deal. Not too noisey. Very traditional in decoration and design.

If you're looking for good hospitality and simplicity, this is the Riad for you. I had a bad experience in another Riad and I felt relieved when I changed to this Riad. Very good for solo female travellers. They helped me change rooms quickly and also gave me a charger plug when I needed it. Be careful when selecting rooms, there's one with very large cockroaches but you can call the men to change the room or to catch them any time of day or night. It was entertaining and quite hilarious. The second room had no cockroaches. They did not have harsha but they had good pancakes.

This lovely riad is just inside the Medina. Literally 5/15min away max from the tourist places in Marrakech. The staff is elite, they offered us breakfast the last day as we had to leave earlier. Breakfast is included in the price and it is very good, eggs, pancake, msemen, orange juice and coffee. Staff is so helpful and nice, the rooms are clean. We also used the transport from riad to airport and was 150MAD, got this booked the night before. Can’t recommend this place enough. We paid 200£ for 4 nights during high season, therefore I found the very cheap to be honest. There is a nice terrace as well where you can sit and enjoy breakfast or reading or anything else.

A lovely riad with very nice staff, great coffee for breakfast and the best location, in the heart of Medina. You will have to bring your shower gel, though. We only had a small piece of soap and a pouch of shampoo in the bathroom.

We stay here for three nights as part of our trip to Morocco.|This hotel is about 150 meters off the main medina square , you have to walk to the front door as the taxis can only drop you in the square and the manager of the hotel comes to meet you.|The big wooden studded front door looks a little daunting at first but once inside we loved it. Its so original , mosaics everywhere, water features.its like a film set.|The rooms are a little basic but have everything you need,|The staff were so friendly and helpful.|Breakfast is served on the roof terrace , which included tea, coffee, fruit juice, pastries, various breads and eggs done how you want them. The omelettes were good.|The hotel is in a great position for exploring the old town allyways and a very short walk to the medina square , which is the place to be in the evenings.|There are ATMs around the square as the local traders use cash but you can use your bank cards at the cafes and resturants around the square.|This was our fist time in Morocco we were amazed at how friendly and helpful the Morrocans were and we felt very safe even when we got lost in the medina allyways.
