"Seven rooms in a traditional riad in the heart of the souks, a twisty three-minute stroll to the western side of Djemaa el Fna Square. This elegant space—owned by Italian friends and sumptuously renovated by an Italian designer—tones down the gaudiest of Moroccan clichés without sacrificing a sense of place."

A lovely Riad in a more modern style in the middle of the Medina. Rooms were lovely, very clean, and very spacious. Good air con. The rooms get made up and tidied twice a day. Breakfast was ample and tasty if a little plain. Pastries were on point, though. They say Breakfast is served from 7:30 but in reality more like 8:10 -8:15. The management is very helpful and lovely. To be honest, the Medina is not somewhere I would want to go back to, but if you are experiencing it for the first time, Riad Joya I a great place to do it from

I stayed at Riad Joya for 4 nights in November 2023 with my fiance. We stayed in the domus room, it was beautiful. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone. They left real rose petals all over the bed on our first night which was a lovely touch. The Riad was so well located in the medina and was very peaceful considering its location. The staff were all so friendly and very very helpful, particularly the manager. The food at Riad Joya was excellent, dinner in particular. We also had a couples hammam and massage at the hotel which was such a good experience both refreshing and relaxing. Such a great place for a few days in Marrakesh!

Our stay at Riad Joya was absolutely fantastic. The room was very big and clean. Cleanings happened multiple times a day with fresh towels on a daily basis. Bottled water and fresh fruits were also refilled daily. On top of that, it was centrally located, making it super easy to stroll to the city's attractions and restaurants.||Breakfast was a feast! Moroccan pancakes, shakshuka, and all kinds of egg dishes. Fresh fruits and pastries were a daily treat.||We also had some little surprises that made our stay even better. The owner surprised my wife with champagne and a lovely birthday message made of rose petals. Also, when we left, the owner gifted us many Moroccan spices, no charge. Beyond that, he guided us with directions and even negotiated great deals for us.||In summary, Riad Joya deserves a solid five stars. It's not just a stay; it's an experience we'll remember. If you want a great service and a memorable stay, this is the place for you.

This gorgeous little riad is an oasis of calm amid the medina. Luxuriously decorated with an eye for the smallest detail. Everything is spotlessly clean! Host Noureddine and his entire team spare no effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast is served at the table, the room is checked and refreshed every time you leave, excursions are arranged, restaurants are recommended and booked. On arrival and departure from the medina, the host escorted us to and from the riad through the maze of streets. Nothing is too much. Never experienced such service! Highly recommended!

This Riad is managed better than any hotel I have ever stayed at and I have traveled all over and stayed at some very posh hotels. |Manager Noureddine makes sure anything you need is taken care of. |Perfect location for shopping the Medina. |Breakfast is perfect and accommodating to diet restrictions. |I was very skeptical about staying here at first because of size and lack of amenities but have been proven wrong. |This Riad is a good example to other businesses of the importance of good management. |Bravo to the staff. . . ||Travel from Colorado/ USA

Beautiful riad, beautiful room and amazing staff. Staying here was truly a unique and wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend staying here as the location makes all attractions very accessible. Special shout out to the multiple cleanings we had every day and to the manager who accommodated our every request and came to drop us off to our car when we were leaving. Lastly, I will always remember the generosity of staff to invite me to open my fast with them, thank you for everything!

Great location, lovely food, a relaxing and high quality place to stay with high standards - but most of all fantastic, friendly people and service with nothing too much trouble. My wife is allergic to garlic which can cause problems but not at Riad Joya where this was dealt with without any fuss at all. Highly recommend.
