hated my experience here. this is way too far from marrakesh to begin with so if u want to stay there and go in the city everyday, i wouldn't recommend it because it's about a 40 minute drive each way, depending on where in marrakesh you're going. the ftoor (breakfast) has no menu, u have to ask what they have and when they answer they only say "ftoor beldi" (traditional breakfast) which contains of eggs (they don't do khli3/dried meat which is a signature dish of marrakesh and is traditional so i don't understand how this is a traditional breakfast) some msemen baghrir and harcha, a tiny reeeeeaaallyyyyyyyy tiny bit of butter, cheese, strawberry jam and depending on their liking : honey or oil. an orange juice which came twice hot instead of cold, and moroccan tea. honestly if this was a real traditional breakfast, as i am myself a traditional moroccan from morocco, trust me that is not real moroccan breakfast. the manager is a bit aggressive some times, she would always aggressively answer to my very sweet very patient grandmother, and i honestly found it really disrespectful how she wouldn't take criticism from visitors. she says they're a traditional moroccan hostel but they do sell alcohol to guests ! morocco is a muslim country, i know alcohol isn't illegal here but if you're marketing and branding yourself as a traditionally moroccan staycation don't do untraditional moroccan stuff here ! also the rooms are cold, there don't give out slippers when the rooms have no carpets, and they are way too simple for the price too. and the so called blue parrot was nowhere to be seen the entire 3 days we stayed there ! so truly what did we really pay for ?
