Riad Mena & Beyond

I had read about Riad Mena and assumed it would be fully booked given how small it is, but I took a chance, and I’m so glad I did! This was one of the most stylish, top-notch places I’ve ever stayed. There are probably hundreds of Riads in the Medina, but after doing our research, we chose this gem, and it did not disappoint. From the outside, it’s just a door with a number, but inside there are seven rooms and a lovely garden. ||Abdel and Mo were fantastic members of the staff who made sure everything ran seamlessly. Breakfasts were amazing, and whether I needed to leave early with a quick cappuccino ready or sleep in, they were the best. We also had dinner here one night in the magical courtyard, the salads were amazing and the tagines were perfectly soft and succulent. They source ingredients from the local market the same day. ||We stayed three nights, which felt perfect. We will return to Riad Mena!

An absolute oasis located directly in the bubbling craziness that is Marrakesh. Wonderfully decorated with tons of taste, lots of green sprinkled across multiple courtyards, attentive, helpful and charming staff, lovely, fresh food (especially the breakfast). The perfect base to explore the city. We loved every minute here and would always be back.

There are probably hundreds of Riads in the Medina, we did our research and chose this beauty! It is stylish, beautifully designed and decorated and the staff are too good to be true. Just a door with a number but inside it has 7 rooms, a lovely garden see my pics. The host, Abdel, is top class, he smiles, arranges and looks after you without being pushy, always on hand and answers his phone to arrange pickups and suchlike. There are 4 staff who do everything inside, the breakfast are very very good and we had 2 evening meals, the salads were completely different on each meal, delicious, the tagines are soft and succulent in their typical manner. There are so many eating choices outside it would be a waste to eat in the Riad Mena too many times. Abdel can advise, but I’m sure you enjoy doing the research. We stayed 6 nights which was the right amount for us and ventured out of the city for a complete day into the Atlas Mountains, again arranged by Abdel. The Morocco people are charming, Arabic and French and English and a smile get you all you need. We used cash (dirhams) for teas, taxis and card for evening restaurant. Highlight was the Jardin Majorelle and of course the Riad!

Abdul was the best host and perfect for this little oasis in the heart of this bustling city. After everything Marrakesh offers this Riad ticks all the boxes for peace, tranquility and comfort.at the end of the day. He and the rest of the staff made us very welcome, comfortable and catered for our every need. With its choice of terrace top , courtyard and balcony dining it is perfect for romantic dinners or socialising with friends. It has spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms and is beautifully restored in traditional Moroccan style.

Riad Mena & Beyond was amazing! We absolutely loved our stay. The courtyard and rooftop were so beautiful and relaxing, and the room was extremely comfortable. The food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Abdel who was so kind and accommodating. We would definitely recommend!

OK so seriously like the nicest place I’ve ever been to, an absolute jaw-dropping mansion. Inside is a gorgeous blue ice cold pool that we used every day to cool off. It’s super clean, spacious, modern, and at the same time traditional. Abdel and the whole staff are amazing. They took care of us as if we were kings of the world with personalized care. Honestly loved the experience would go back any time recommend everyone to like seriously completely worth every penny!

My most favourite spot in Marrakesh! Loved my stay at Riad Mena. My room was beyond and I applaud all the exquisitely designed and curated hangout nooks. Our favourite place out of the 4 hotels we stayed in Marrakech was Riad Mena & Beyond! It was by far the highlight of our trip! A riad so beautifully & stylishly decorated you won’t want to stop taking photos. The rooms are spacious with plenty of natural daylight and the bathrooms are fabulous - which is hard to come by in traditional riads. The whole team are extremely warm, welcoming and friendly and they made us feel very special! We opted for dinner every night at the Riad because it was so delicious! Wish we had booked a longer stay but really look forward to returning again on our next trip! Don’t hesitate to book - you won’t be disappointed!
