I stayed for four nights at Riad Noos Noos with my teenage son. This is a very special place. A real home from home. We stayed in the family suite, which was amazing, but all the rooms looked great. The Riad itself is a beautiful space that offers a calm and peaceful retreat from the wonderful, vibrant life of the Medina outside. But what makes Riad Noos Noos so special are the people that work there. Laurent and his team are first class. We were made to feel so welcome. We ordered dinner on our first night and it was superb. I’ve stayed in great hotels all over the world. But I can honestly say that Riad Noos Noos is one of my favourites. I would 100% recommend it for those looking for an authentic Moroccan experience.

Riad Noos Noos boasts beautifully appointed rooms and a central location near the Bahia Palace. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. While the room was the best of our trip, the buffet-style breakfast lacked the personalized touch found in other riads. Nonetheless, the overall experience was highly enjoyable.

The hot water stopped after some minutes (January). They changed our room only the next day, so the first night we stayed without possibility to wash & warm up. & They knew we were previously tracking in snowy mountains, so we were looking to shower a lot. Considering the price of the hotel, it was unacceptable. When the next morning I asked to have a sauna, which was listed in the hotel facilities, they said they usually don't turn it on & the reason we booked this riad. Next day, they did reparations on the rooftop terrace, so we didn't have a chance to enjoy it.

Our 5 night stay was great. The Riad is well located to walk to most places. It is beautifully decorated. The breakfast was substantial and tasty. We had two dinners here and the chef Fatima produced some amazing food. The rooftop area is ideal for sunbathing and lounging. Laurent the owner gave us some good tips before we arrived and was proactive and helpful in his communication. While there, he made good suggestions. The staff were all lovely and helpful. It also has a great Hamam. The wifi was reliable. A great find.

There were some disappointing aspects and also some good ones. Bad news first: It would be nice to have at least one small bottle of water in the room upon late arrival. There was a distinct lack of air circulation in my room. The outside windows were sealed shut, however, without blocking out the noise of people shouting and motorcycles running up and down the narrow alley way. My room had not even a small table to do some writing on. The breakfast buffet was very short of refinement. Morocco has much better to offer in cheaper places. |Now the good news: The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The entire Riad has character with unusual antique furnishings although my room was quite basic. The WiFi was very good. The location is superb, being a short walk from most attractions but you need to have your wits about yourself not to get lost in the tiny ally ways of the Medina.

We had 4 nights at Riad Noos Noos whilst exploring the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Situated in the quieter Jewish quarter nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They organised trips for us, carried our suitcases to meet the taxi in the square and did everything they could to make our dtsy comfortable.Five star service at an incredibly good price in a beautifully decorated quirky riad. Thankyou. We will recommend to all.

Beautiful Riad on the southern edge of the city. Hussain and Amad have been fantastically supportive, giving us tips and advice on where to go. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Spotlessly clean, very attractive and traditional rooms. Comfy bed. Very enjoyable Hammam in-house. Great value for money. The place is close to a square with lovely restaurants and much cheaper shops than those in the main Souks, but the central Souks and square are only around fifteen mins walk. Thoroughly recommended!

The Riad Noos Noos is a lovely boutique hotel close to the spice market in old Marrakech. It is a perfect base for exploring the city and a great place to relax after a day's sightseeing. It is also very close to a minibus pick-up point for day trips out of town.||My room was perfect for a solo traveller. Air conditioning, a comfortable bed, lots of cupboard space and an en suite wc/shower room.||Breakfast is served on the roof terrace or in the grand reception room. I dined on the terrace one evening-the food was delicious. I spent a relaxing hour and a half in the in-house hammam, after which I felt great! There is also a library with books in several languages and a pool table. ||Owner M. Laurent and his team looked after me very well. Nothing was too much trouble for them-making phone calls when my excursion plans went wrong, making recommendations on what to see and do. ||A walk through the spice market was a daily treat for all the senses. There were lots of restaurants nearby. I would certainly stay here again!
