Riad O Marrakech

My wife and I stayed at Riad O and had the best time. The staff was respectful and made sure we were happy and comfortable at every part of our stay. They offered to pick us up and drop us off when we went into the busier areas of the city at night or for our walking tours during the day. Even late at night they made sure we got back into our riad safely. The riad was beautiful with a pool in the middle and a nice rooftop where we ate breakfast. The rooms were nothing too special, but certainly good enough. It was the perfect walking distance away from the main city areas. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We have had a great experience at Riad O. The staff is very friendly and service-oriented. The breakfast is amazing and very tasteful. We have booked our excursions through the Riad and everything was well organized.

😊: RiadO staff were excellent. From when we first arrived til when we left they were always cheerful and happy to help us. Went out of their way to assist pickups for tours.. 😢: Taxis are unable to deliver you right to the door so when you first arrive it was a struggle to find the entrance. It is a good 10-15 mi ute walk into the centre of the Medina Be aware that you do need to go up and down stairways.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They were very helpful throughout my entire stay. Very gracious and professional. Host sat me down and walked me through the basics, pointed areas out on a map, served me tea, and made me feel prepared to set out on my adventure. Meals were delicious and nicely prepared.

This Riad is excellent. We had a transfer waiting for us at the airport. When we arrived near the Riad, someone was waiting to take us to the Riad. Amazing. The room was cleaned daily. It had AC and wc. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace every morning. Everything was clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It's just 5 minutes walk from the souks. And 15 minutes walk to the Square Jemaa El Fna. A very safe place, as we were 2 women traveling alone. The room as well as the Riad were quiet and peaceful. Totally recommend it. Our stay in Riad O was amazing but our servant Abdellah made it so much better with the great service he offered us during our whole stay. Always present with a big smile, nothing too much to ask, in for a joke,… He’s simply the best! ❤️🥰 (PS: taxi driver Anwar was our fixed taxi driver and was also very nice and funny too! :-) )

Spectacular experience in a great location within the medina walls. There are some great souks nearby and we could walk to everything we wanted to see within 10-20mins. Everything about Riad O was on point, every detail has been thought about and the decor is so classy. The bed was super comfortable in our room, we stayed in Almoravide. We can’t speak highly enough of all of the staff, they could not do enough for us and were so helpful when we needed directions or information about the city. |When we arrived we were warmly welcomed with a Moroccan tea and biscuits and then shown around the Riad, Abdullah showed us around like it was the first time he was seeing everything too, can tell he loves his job and is proud of the Riad.|The food is fresh, tasty and different everyday. The breakfast was beautifully presented and a selection was served to our table every morning on the terrace. |We had a Hammam and Massage and it was the best experience and massage we’ve ever had. |If you’re in Marrakech we’d strongly recommend staying at Riad O.

I stayed here as a solo traveler and absolutely loved everything about this place! The riad is beautiful, and all the facilities are in perfect condition. My room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious — and please try their dinner too, you’re in for a treat. (They had no problem accommodating my food allergies.) The location was excellent: in a quieter part of the medina but still within easy walking distance of the main sights. It felt calm without being out of the way. Most importantly, it’s Manu and his team — Haytam and Mehdi — who made the experience special. They are attentive, super helpful, and simply very kind and friendly. Thank you again — I hope to be back!
