Riad Tchaikana

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tchaikana. The moment we stepped inside, it felt like a calm retreat from the whirlwind of activity in the Medina. The decor is beautifully minimalist and very intentional, creating a sense of space and quiet that feels almost meditative. What made the stay special was the team that runs the riad. They are genuinely committed to making every guest feel cared for. They helped us navigate the neighborhood, offered suggestions, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and breakfast in the courtyard each morning was such a treat. I would recommend Riad Tchaikana to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautifully designed place to stay, with a team that makes you feel right at home. It is an excellent value. Splurge on the bigger rooms, definitely worth it.

TRULY INCREDIBLE RIAD, In Every Way. ||Our family of four spent 3 wonderful days at Riad Tchaikana before Christmas. It is impossible to fully describe how incredible staying at this Riad was for us. Not only is the Riad itself incredibly beautiful, what truly set this experience apart was the incredibly personal attention guests receive from Khadijah and her staff, in our case especially Noelle and Bouchra. If this is your first time to Marrakech, it can be overwhelming, but staying at Riad Tchaikana is like having friends or family to help you navigate the city. In our case, it was an especially difficult arrival with multiple flight cancellations coming from both the U.S. and Spain leaving some of our group arriving in the wee hours of the morning (12 hours late). ||While our group was busy navigating the airline logistics, Khadijah and Noelle were also helping to ensure we could get to the Riad easily. They even provided hot soup (long after the kitchen was closed)knowing our kids would be starving and exhausted. The rooms, the meals and the attention to their guests far surpassed our expectations and anything we’ve experienced in a traditional hotel setting (worldwide.) ||We can not recommend Riad Tchaikana more highly. If you’re tired of reading a million comments (like we do before we choose our accommodations) you can stop now. You’ve found the place.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tchaikana. Khadija, Naoual, and their team were exceptional hosts who made us feel completely at home. Lovely breakfasts with different types of fresh breads each morning. Naoual even guided us through the medina on our first evening to help us get oriented.|Khadija runs an excellent riad – clean, quiet, and a perfect sanctuary in the heart of the medina. She took time to explain how everything works and showed us the best routes to restaurants and cafes on the first day. The team helped with everything: taxis, booking our bus to Essaouira, laundry, and unlimited mint tea.|The location is perfect – a short walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and all major attractions. Don't miss dinner at the riad (ask in the morning). This was our best stay of the entire trip. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return.

This was our very first visit to Marrakech, and we were incredibly lucky to stay in such a beautiful suite in this wonderful riad. From the very beginning, Khadija and her lovely assistants, Nawal and Bouchra, made us feel truly at home with our family. Their kindness, warmth, and constant attention were exceptional — they were always there, ready to make every wish come true.|From the welcoming mint tea and delicious sweet treats to the exquisite dinner prepared especially for us, everything went far beyond our expectations. Every evening, the fireplace was carefully lit, and a dream we didn’t even dare to imagine — watching the fire gently glow from our bed — became a beautiful reality.|The riad is immaculately maintained, and the courtyard is an oasis of calm. Throughout the day, the soft singing of little birds enchants your ears, creating a truly peaceful atmosphere. At times, a serene lounge music floats through the space, adding an extra touch of understated luxury and deep relaxation.|Thank you, thank you, and once again thank you, dear Khadija. Thank you for welcoming us like royalty, for your precious guidance that made discovering the city so easy, and for your excellent spa recommendations and product tips. We had an amazing time at Riad Tchaikana, it’s a beautiful calm oasis right in the middle of the Medina. The ladies working here make sure that you have a great experience, going out of their ways to ensure you have everything you need. The rooms are impeccable, clean and cool. The breakfast was delicious & well served. I would highly recommend and hope we can be back!

Could be great, but lots of small issues. While the vibes and breakfast were great and the area was very quiet, I was disappointed that there was no rooftop furniture as pictured so you couldn't use the rooftop. The water fountain in the center of the riad was dry and empty. I sat on my bed the first night and the frame of the bed broke. The hot water in the shower ran out each day. The location was exceptionally hard to find as well.

The riad is located central but not in the very populated (where too many tourists are) area, you can go everywhere by walk. The riad is very quiet and clean. Very friendly and helpful service. Airport transfer will be arranged.

The hotel was very calm and relaxing, and the garden was beautiful and well kept. The room was big and perfect for a family of two adults and two children. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well.||The staff were amazing and very kind. I felt very comfortable and happy with the way they treated us. The women working in the kitchen and recensioner were especially helpful and always asked if we needed anything, which made us feel very well taken care of during our stay.||I really recommend this hotel and I look forward to coming back!
