Riad Yacout

The rooms are beautiful and each is unique. Beautiful setting, wonderful food, lovely pool and Marcos is an amazing host! He kept us all laughing and happy to be there. The riad is gorgeous, incredible tile work, great place to stay while visiting Fes.

The property is located on the side of the main road, easy drop off and pick up, did not feel welcome when we arrived, and staff was not present. The property should be a good choice for people who are looking for local style accommodation, absolutely can not be compared to real hotel, flies bugs everywhere, hair on the floor and blanket, overall, just for different experience. Breakfast only offer one boiled egg per person, plus few different kinds of bread, coffee was very disappointing.

Breakfast is excellent, very nice staff. Public Parking in front to pay in advance 20 drh per day. Compared to dutch prices 🤯 we can live with this just fine. The room 3 stars because there is no door to the toilet/ bathroom. Sometimes tourists get sick 😳 and thank god we didn’t. We had room 6, I think the smallest but ok for us. One point of attention: the waterpressure. Try to shower as the first one in the morning or in the afternoon. Our shower hardly gave cold water so the water was way too hot. One disadvantage of all riads: windows face the open area in the middle so keep windows closed for privacy. The rooftop terras is large and nice but at this moment too hot to be. The little pool is undeep but nice to cool off. Although it was a bit dirty with leaves and insects because of the hard wind. Circulation pomp was off. But very charming and nicely decorated riad on a central location.

Big clean comfortable room. Good service. Only thing to point out is that it was a little bit noisy with street noises outside.

Rooms are ok. Be carefoul the parking is not free even if the hotel tell you to park there.

A beautiful looking riad in a great area however it lacked the friendliness that all the other riafs we've stayed at offered. The female manger who greeted us was lovely, unfortunately the male manager on the evening and next morning shift was gruff, unfriendly, unhelpful and intolerant of guests children. No greetings or farewell and he didn't offer or assist us with carrying our luggage downstairs. His attitude changed the whole feeling of the place. Such a shame as I couldn't have faulted anything else except the beds are very hard and dinner although nice, quite pricey. Hopefully the owners see this review and do something about the manager.

Wonderful stay, excellent location, great staff who made everything possible to satisfy ourselves (they even call the pool company to open it again for my son while it was supposed to be closed since 1 week), we were upgraded (senior suite instead of junior suite). Great meals including breakfast. Thanks a lot to the whole team!

A good stay; great housekeeping staff; good breakfast (included). Centrally located.|Friendly service. Room we stayed in was Ok. Comfortable rooms. Clean . |Overall may needs some renovation/sprucing and attention to details. For example- No international channels on Cable.|But for the right price I would highly recommend it.
