This place was the perfect fit for my cousin & I after a horrible experience at a nearby hotel that we left to come here in the middle of the night. Riande is an oasis. I love everything about it. Attention to detail, artsy vibe, tons of plants outdoors makes you feel that you’re not in an urban concrete jungle. The pool was long enough for me to swim laps and adequate lounge chairs + tables & chairs to lay in the sun & take a siesta after swimming. Waitress also came with menu for food & drinks from the restaurant. Exercise gym with equipment, free breakfast, restaurant, bar & beer garden outside with huge outdoor screen, a lovely bathroom accessed from all these areas and multiple decks gave me lots of spaces & activities. The front desk staff were always a pleasure & helpful. The scent was lovely throughout the hotel. If I could say one thing to know is that the 2 double beds were comfortable but room felt tight yet workable for 2 people. Had small shared bedside table, desk & chair + extended desk + surface for suitcase & shelf under it, small bathroom, closet & cubbies clothes & safe to protect valuables. Curious to try the suite next time I stay here as this will be my first choice for an affordable, quality hotel oasis. I left to go to Bogota & my cousin stayed 2 more days and changed to a king bed room with pool view that she loved.

Rooms were dated, dark and small with no refrigerator. Air conditioner didn't work. The service on the other hand was outstanding! Algis at the front desk the bellmen, and housekeeping provided outstanding service. Rooms were clean but there no washcloths. The hardware on the faucets was from the 60s or 70s. The location was also fantastic.

This hotel is a true gem! From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy, and every member of the staff was incredibly warm and attentive. Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant team, or the housekeeping staff — everyone greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed.||I’m really grateful to Oferta24.com for helping me find and book this place. The process was smooth and quick, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations. It’s great to see platforms that make travel feel effortless and enjoyable.||If you’re visiting Panama City and want a place that combines comfort, kindness, and a great location, I highly recommend staying at the Riande Urban Hotel. You’ll leave with great memories and a desire to come back soon!

I would give this hotel an average rating. The interior decor of the lobby was strange and they kept the lobby and the floor hallways so cold that even the desk staff and other employees had to wear jackets. It was very uncomfortable coming in off the streets to such a cold environment. When asked of the numerous reception desk receptionists throughout the day why they kept it so cold that they had to wear jackets, they said they didn't know. I ended up getting a chest cold from the cold environment. My bed was comfortable, so I will give the hotel a 5 on that. But the room was noisy from both the outside and from the hallways. I had to twice tell the housekeeping to turn down their walkie talkie radios. Breakfast was about the same everyday. Nothing to write home about. I will say the fruit was delicious but everything else was ok. Not much selection. I had to have maintenance come and repair the hand towel holder that was just glued on the tile and fell off my first day. Took two days and numerous requests at the front desk for them to come and repair it. The maintenance man did properly install it this time using a drill and screw instead of glue. I will not stay at this hotel again as there are so many to choose from in this area.

The hotel is very well located in El Cangrejo, with restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and clothing stores just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. Breakfast is usually included, which is great since most places in Panama open around 9 a.m. The only downside is that the breakfast options don’t change much, so if you stay more than three nights it can feel a bit repetitive.

Just love this hotel! Very convenient location! Close to airport and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Love the decor! Rooms keep getting updated and are very clean, comfortable and affordable. The elevator with glass to look out is my favorite! Restaurants and bars on property are very good. Pool is beautiful! Didn't use the gym but they have one. Great place to stay for couples or large groups!!

4stars due to the Hallway leading to the rooms is very humid and there's a humidifier doing it's best to help. Also carpet should be vacuum as much as possible to eliminate the dust in the rooms. Mourning Panamanian breakfast is a nice touch. The location of the hotel leaves you in the heart of the city.

I think it's the nicest hotel that I've stayed at in the El Cangrejo neighborhood of Panama City, in the $60 to $70 per-night price range. They have a huge pool, they have an even bigger pool at their airport location. Breakfast was included in the room. But the only thing I thought was good was the fruit and eggs. The food items are about the same as the other hotels in that area. Sometimes I prefer to skip the hotel breakfast and go to a coffee shop nearby that has an excellent menu.
