Rooms are small and the lobby is dark.. pool in one of the best in this hotel.. quite long & deep so full marks to the pool. gym is also very good and the breakfast spread is nice too. Overall a good hotel located in city and many restaurants & bars & clubs nearby. Pleasant stay and price you pay is really worth it.. will definitely stay here during our next visit.

Very nice hotel, close to a main road. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast every morning was really good. Our room had a faulty door/lock which caused the door to randomly open by itself but staff got it fixed quickly when we told them. Everything is clean and well maintained. Lots of amenities are on site, including a pool and business room. The price is reasonable. I enjoyed my stay here.

Riande Urban Hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel that offers a great experience. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was stocked with mini shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and bar hand soap. We had two body towels and 1 hand towel supplied to us. There are NO small facial towels, pool towels or body wash soap supplied. There is a beautiful pool area and jacuzzi area to relax and enjoy. The lobby of the hotel is beautifully decorated with many places to sit, relax, and people watch. The hotel has a restaurant that serves delicious dinner meals. We tried the pepperoni pizza, beef sliders, chicken, fried shrimp, margaritas, and cosmopolitan. The food was fresh, well seasoned, and hot when served. Breakfast at the restaurant is very light. It’s just enough to have something on your stomach before starting your day. It consisted of a meat, scrambled eggs, a starch, toast, sliced cheese, a cold meat, fruit, coffee, tea, orange juice, and water. Breakfast is buffet style. The hotel is located near many other restaurants and places to shop. It’s centrally located to get to many other surrounding cities in a matter of 10-20 minutes. The staff at this hotel were wonderful. They are friendly and helpful. There was a party going on the first night we stayed but it did not bother us at all. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs. Other than that it was always quiet in the hotel. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It’s simply amazing!

Let me 1st say my expectations were high for a suite in a 4-star property. We arrived late after dark but no problem checking in, the desk person spoke English well. Just make sure at the correct location, they have 2 locations. Waze had a problem finding it. Bar was closed here. It was a very dark hotel, the color palette was all dark tones as well as dimly lit again, nice however that allowed me to see drippings & splashes down the bathroom marble that were not cleaned. The bathroom could use a good cleaning to include the toilet. Not gross just I had to clean with actual cleaning supplies before using it. The carpet was worn at the door threshold, I tripped over it. The room size in my Suite was great, eclectic I really liked the concept which is why I chose that hotel. The bed was comfortable and clean, small fridge, balcony and large windows. The area was highly walkable. We found a 24hr Leo's pizza spot and bars within a block or two that night. The breakfast was not good at all. Toast, some kind of sweet bread with raisins, eggs scrambled, Kielbasa sausages cut up slathered in what looked like BBQ sauce buffet style, 3 kinds of fruit and small cereal & coffee, so I had the coffee then walked to find a restaurant near the train station with breakfast empanadas, very good. I walked every inch of the property, small but interesting. I noticed the plants needed care and refreshing. The Beir Garden looked like a good time would be had. Stray cat lounging on the bar was weird. Cute concepts, the bathroom was nice downstairs pool area I posted many pictures. There was also a mall and plenty of local shopping within walking distance. Though the mall was quite empty not all stores were leased out, there were plenty of shopping places on the street with name-brand prices I would expect to pay in the US. Overall a great location I would have stayed if the breakfast was edible looking, if I was with a group & I had no choice, but I did. Good option but not great option, cost effective, ease of traveling to other things. I would stay again just for the proximity to subway station. Needless to say I checked out at noon to stay at another hotel (Megalopolis) for variety, shopping and 5 ⭐ accommodations, see my other reviews. Straight no chaser.

I called the hotel for 2 days prior to check-in and the day of check-in, with now answer. I had Expedia try to call them, no answer. I arrived 4 hours prior to check-in and they would not allow you to use the pool. The Guest Service guy clearly didn’t care about making anyone happy or trying to accommodate. Find somewhere else to stay!!!

We are a couple coming from Belgium . After having asked a quiet room, the hotel placed us in a room at the second floor. Around 9 pm in the evening, the nightclub which is just below and we do not know existed, started their unbearable electronic music until 4 am in the morning, totally preventing us to sleep…. Even more, at 7.30 in the morning a huge noisy engine motor is making unbearable noise under our window preventing us once again to rest. As far as I am concerned, it is absolutely unacceptable to offer rooms which are just above a nightclub knowing that the customer will be in the impossibility to rest normally …. Completely unacceptable ! Also after 8.30 you won’t be able to enjoy a breakfast as the fruit has disappeared and what remains is not qualitative.

I recently stayed at Riande urban (3 day stay) and thought the staff was pleasant, the room and common areas were clean and had a unique design. I stayed directly above where the music is played on Sat night and could barely hear it. I would happily stay here again

Firstly we stayed in this hotel for 9 days and then a further day on our return from San Blas. Secondly, I would like to commend the housekeeper (chambermaid), breakfast staff and porters who were all polite, hard working and probably the least well paid and our tips went to them. The 3 rooms we stayed in are presented well but all had issues with lighting maintenance. We tried to keep our written complaint about the noise from partying on a Friday (karaoke finishing at Midnight) and Saturday night (wedding party finishing at 4am) and our room allocation directly above that should have been more appropriately allocated to party guests; kept confined to the hotel group management (which replied with platitudes but as we found later, no action). However the unwelcoming, dour, abrupt and on one occasion rude behaviour of the reception staff (mainly Miguel raising his voice to me) and unsympathetic manager made it obvious they didn't like us following our written complaint, rather than reacting positively. This included some retaliatory behaviour in making us wait for 3 & 1/2 hours in the lobby - i.e. up to the check in time - for our room on the day we returned from San Blas when we knew our room was available. As we had stayed 9 days previously it was not unreasonable for the manager to facilitate this along with my wife being 'super polite' in requesting this (to curb my annoyance) the manager said she had a room if we were prepared to pay $20 for early check in, quoting hotel policy. We knew this was retaliatory as I asked her how many other guests had booked with her hotel for a 10 day period - which she replied 'we have one or two' which we knew was not true judging by the regular turn over of guests we experienced during our stay. She stubbornly refused to let us have our room early and we resolved to save the $20 for tips to other polite and friendly staff. I should remind readers that this is billed as a 4* hotel. However, as other poor reviews of this hotel will attest to, the front of house personnel/receptionist are the problem. They are shockingly negative, abrupt, unsmiling, Miguel thinks he owns the place and as a team are unwelcoming. In a European 4* hotel setting they would be replaced quickly unless their attitudes changed quickly. We would choose another hotel as there are lots to choose from. N.b. Further to the positive emphasis in the hotels response below, I hope the action matches the rhetoric as you have had a number of poor reviews that mention your front of house and reception. I disagree that the action to make us wait in reception for 3 1/2 hrs unless we paid an early check in fee of $20 for the extra night we stayed (totalling 10 nights) was not retaliatory as this could have been waived given our complaint to your hotel group office. Such a positive intervention would have offered evidence of a change in attitude and helped assuage our annoyance in such a way that perhaps I wouldn't have spent time on posting this more public review that is likely to cost you more than $20 due to the offhand way we were treated by your manager and reception. Despite your assurances that you take complaints seriously - and the fact that these staff still behave the way they do following previous poor reviews - adds credence to my doubts that anything will actually be done.
