This hotel is an oasis in the heart of downtown! Clean and spacious public areas! It has an inside bar with a pool table, restaurant, beer pub and outdoor beer garden. The outside areas were filled with beautiful green tropical plants and flowers and the pool was clean. Love the decor all over and even in the elevator!! Our king size bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and the bathroom was clean, stocked well and had plenty of hot water. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that the carpet could be replaced but it was clean. The service was very good from the front desk to the beer garden to the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to couples and large groups! Oh, they have a workout room also!

I think it's the nicest hotel that I've stayed at in the El Cangrejo neighborhood of Panama City, in the $60 to $70 per-night price range. Breakfast was included in the room. But the only thing I thought was good was the fruit and eggs. The food items are about the same as the other hotels in that area. Sometimes I prefer to skip the hotel breakfast and go to a coffee shop nearby that has an excellent menu.

Spent one night at this hotel as it was a quick layover between flights. The hotel is good value for money. It wasn't expensive and the experience was average. The free breakfast was basic but it was enough to start the morning before heading back to the airport. The hotel is conveniently located in walking to distance to a lot of restaurants. Was able to grab a lovely dinner. Not a bad hotel if you're on a budget.

The Riande Urban Hotel was a stop over while we were waiting for our apartment to be ready to move in, but since we were not sure how long that would take, they were extremely accommodating and on a daily basis they continued to extend our nights without question. The hotel offered a lovely breakfast everyday and the employee's were more than accommodating, they were wonderful. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the pool, restaurant, bar, lounge, lobby, gym, and they offered so much more, we felt like we could have stayed much longer than the 8 days we spent there. If you are looking for a comfortable room, comfortable beds, great service and a central city location, I would strongly recommend Riande Urban Hotel for a short or long stay. Thank you Riande, we loved your ambiance and everything you offered.

I stayed at Riande Urban Hotel in Panama City from March 1–3, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences of my life. The hotel itself is phenomenal — modern, stylish, and perfectly located. I stayed in an 8th-floor suite, and the views were absolutely breathtaking, giving me a stunning panorama of the city. One of the coolest features is the attached beer garden, which hosts vibrant parties. I attended one that went until 4 AM, and it was an unforgettable night filled with great music, drinks, and a lively crowd. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I didn’t experience a single issue during my entire stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. If you’re visiting Panama City and looking for a place with amazing vibes, stunning views, and top-notch service, look no further. 10/10 — would absolutely recommend!

If you have any respiratory issues, allergies, rhinitis, sinusitis, etc. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel, I had several respiratory crises staying here, I couldn’t even sleep at night cuz I felt like I couldn’t breathe, the whole hotel is dusty, I thought that may be it was only the carpet but still at my room was completely difficult for me, the bed is comfortable but you have air conditioning very closely to other buildings, so dusty + humidity= a Bomb for your health. People attention was very kind, good and helpful, but I really going to be honest here, you feel a very weird shady vibe at the hotel, I remember that at night I saw several night ladies there, I wouldn’t recommend it for a family trip, besides of all of this, it is very well located, you can find a poll, an small gym and jacuzzi which is good, the food is okay, I stayed for 4 days and they served almost the same thing everyday, the buffet didn’t have that manny options and I remember eating some boneless and it was raw inside, and I say it to the personal and they didn’t even bother to change it or do something about it. I only would go back to eat their cheesecake, it’s sooo good.

You get what you paid for... It is a good location friendly staff but the pillows are flimsy they need to do a better job cleaning but not bad for the price and location with free breakfast. They need to add smoke detectors in the room. I must of gotten a bad room all the other room I see posted are a lot nicer😞

As a first impression, the common areas of this hotel are really neat. Seating and nooks everywhere, very cleverly decorated. I loved it! Wow! Maybe a new favorite hotel in Panama City.|Then, we went to the room. What a disappointment! I've been fortunate to have been able to travel more than most, and to many countries. Without a doubt, this was the single MOST INCONVENIENT room I've ever stayed in. This tiny room had 2 queen size beds and a miniature version of a desk. There was not enough room for a chair at the mini-desk, so there was only a hassock to sit on. If there are 2 of you, and one is sitting on the hassock at the desk, the other person can't pass from one side of the room to the other without disturbing the person sitting. There were 2 electric outlets, placed as inconveniently as possible. Neither one was near the desk; no place to plug in a laptop while using it. And of course the usual amenities that I'm used to seeing in a 4-star hotel room, like a comfortable chair, a mini-fridge and a coffee-maker, etc. were not included. And indeed there was no room to put such items.|The wonderful common areas are not enough to offset the sparseness of the room. I'm still looking for a new favorite hotel in P City.
