Ribe Cathedral

Ribe is truly a gem in Denmark and definitely worth a visit — whether you’re into history or not. The staircase to the tower starts with stone steps but quickly transitions into wooden stairs. As far as I know, there are 240 steps to the top. From the top, you get a fantastic view of the town and the surrounding landscape — a truly beautiful panorama. On the way up, you can see, among other things, two large bells, each weighing more than 3 tons. The entrance fee is 30 DKK per adult.

Beautiful interior work! Simple and Clear definition, yet splendid with colorful religious figures and stories throughout the space. While viewing the gothic facade you will never know the interior decoration is so fine to appreciate. Dom is always play a center role in town that essentially means great location, in which easily accessible to elsewhere in town.

Very nice open to the public and very interesting, no cost but donations are welcome.

Such an interesting cathedral, blending together ancient and very modern. Tower is worth the 246 steps, there are exhibits the entire way up and incredible views from the top. Amazing organ, that was actually being played.

A beautiful church! We paid extra to go to the top of the tower and we're glad that we did. The view was breathtaking!
