The building feels a bit degraded, and the shower is a mess, good luck not flooding your entire bathroom. The bedroom isn't fully isolated, the cold and noise enters through the windows. |We had to change rooms because there were hairs in our towels and the sink was a mess, and only because we insisted to, the staff just apologized and left, basically|On the bright side, the SPA area is good, although the heated pool sometimes feels cold because the air becomes really warm. But be careful if you're planning to go for a weekend at the spa because it can be crowded.|Breakfast could be better (even more for a 4 star hotel).|Something that could be improved is offering the possibility to choose which type of pillows you need.|Overall, 4 star is too high for this hotel, but you can still relax

Very nice and calm hotel, beautifull location. Staff is helpfull and the bed was confy. |Turkish bath was not working as properly, but the sauna and jacuzzi were amazing. Some noise during the night from the street, not good for the light sleepers. Might be because of the location of the room|We enjoyed our stay and we might come back soon

Positives:|+ Friendly and professional staff.|+ Convenient location.|+ Beautiful river view.||Areas for Improvement:|- Some areas of the hotel showed a lack of maintenance.|- While the breakfast buffet was generally fine, a greater variety would be expected for a 4-star hotel.|- The room was clean; however, there were areas with mold, particularly around the windows. Additionally, the shower design made it challenging to prevent water from splashing outside the designated area.

‼️NOT RECOMMEND!!! ‼️ I don’t know how this hotel received 4 stars. Really. Everything is old and need repayment urgently. Shower in the room is totally unhygienic, basic cosmetic goods like shower caps, cotton swabs, cotton pads - don’t provided. SPA facilities - are not working properly. pool is absolutely dirty. Walls , doors in the room are dirty and damaged. With such a good nature around can be much better hotel .. I am absolutely not satisfied with price and quality.

Very welcome staff with friendly service.Good location. Regarding the room and the product in general there’s work to be done. For the high room rate charge in not acceptable to have such a tiny room with dirty walls and zero decoration with empty mini bar. Bed it’s good , kid bed as well but for the price charge we don’t have the feeling of the right value for money.Really basic breakfast buffet but with the necessary food for good breakfast and again service always really attentive.

The unbelievably bed hotel that you can even imagine for 4 stars :(:(:(: Small unpleasant room that were allowed to accommodate 2 adults 1 kids and 1 baby when you book directly on their web site. So no space to walk at all.!! Fantastic unhelpful stuff that even don’t make any efforts to provide any solution. So , if you wanna pay 200€ per night and receive hostel room - choose this hotel. If management of the hotel read this feed back - you can contact me for more expressions.

Honestly it was a worst hotel we stayed during our road trip. And most expensive one. Gym was dirty and all equipment broken . Chairs in restaurant and sundeck literally broken. Breakfast cold and not tasty. They sell hats to use in the spa for 6 eur , and you cannot really use it as sauna is not working , and pool is small - just for kids ( and they are many kids) . When I tried to order a drink in the bathroom bar- there was none . Avoid to pay for this hotel for the photos you see in the booking . Idea as excellent when they built it, but managers do not take care of it

The location is great. The view is just astonishing, rich in nature.|The bedrooms have excellent conditions and top cleanliness. The included spa has a small pool but the ambience is great, if the hotel is not full it's a great experience to swim with a glimpse of the nature surrounding the hotel. The best for me in the spa was the sauna.|The staff is really nice and helpful.
