Riberach

The hotel itself is a great place to stay. However the hotel service is under the level far away. It is clear the good manager is missing. Reception most of the time was empty, during checkout time nobody was present and after some time three administrators appeared from restaurant. Nothing wrong with people having late breakfast, but not at the same time. The bistro is a pearl of the place, the view and food are great. Breakfast is disappointing, 24e for almost nothing, they put only one bottle of plain water for all guests, and didn’t care to refill it. It is clear the workers prefer to rather have a good time chatting with buddies instead of covering responsibilities.

Truly a great experience, staff all lovely and went above and beyond. The gite we stayed in with our 2 little ones was perfect. The food was incredible and they were happy to have the children,had pencils and paper ready to go (no tomato sauce which is also fair, I could imagine the chefs reaction! ) Natural pool blew the kids away, myself too to be fair!

Such a lovely stay , last minute decision on our part and such a great find! We ate in the bistro - wonderful. Swam in the natural pool- magnificent. Took part in the wine tasting- fabulous. All in all- recommend!!

We visited Ribebach with the intention of enjoying the Wine Safari, but due to a booking mix-up with a third-party provider, we were unfortunately unable to take part. The disappointment quickly faded thanks to the truly outstanding hospitality of the team. They went above and beyond to make sure our evening was still special, offering us a beautiful table and a delicious selection of food as an alternative. A special thank you to Noemi, BiBi, and Justine, whose warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness turned a hiccup into a highlight. They not only ensured we had a wonderful experience on the night, but also kindly provided all the necessary details to help us follow up with the booking partner for a refund. Their care and dedication made us feel genuinely valued as visitors, and we left with smiles on our faces despite the change of plans.

We had a great 3 night stay as a family with 2 kids and a dog. The family rooms with a terrace and view out the back side of the hotel are great. There is a nice natural pool that we enjoyed even though it was relatively cold (we visited in May). The restaurant was excellent, which is to be expected with a Michelin star. The service was very friendly, and they even offered to send us some clothes that we left in our room by mistake. We did the 4x4 wine safari which was a lot of fun. We were a little disappointed in the quality of the wine, but that really didn't affect our trip.

We availed of the altitude package, 3 night half board stay in a junior suite. The boutique hotel is situated in a sleepy village in the wine hills 30 mins outside Perpignan. Staff were fantastic, very helpful especially when making up for our lack of speaking French. The hotel was converted from an old winery, charmingly restored and totally unique. The food is excellent and the Riberach wines delicious. This is French hospitality at its finest, a magic spot to chill and relax.

We arrived on bicycles … exhausted. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. She assisted us in moving our bikes to a garage. The hotel had everything we needed and more. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Highly recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous. Leading up to our stay the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I was able to arrange some truly beautiful flowers and champagne for our room for my wife's birthday. If you stay in the vats, I recommend parking in the lot and leave your bags, then walk back up to check-in. It will save you some carrying. Check in was smooth and we were actually shown to our rooms directly and had the opportunity to ask questions of the wonderful front desk women. The rooms are amazing, as are the grounds. Plan for a wine tasting and tour before dinner and DO NOT MISS LA COOPERATIVE RESTAURANT. We had a large party and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu and wine pairings at this green Michelin starred restaurant. Every dish was truly incredible.
