Nestled within CBD, near to the train station. Large indoor and outdoor dining area. Comfortable place for gatherings with friends, however can only making bookings for more than 10 people. Great selection of ribs, burgers and more. We enjoyed the baby pork ribs rack, sweet potato fries. Grilled and seasoned well, generous in portion. The buffalo chicken wings were rather salty. The Butchers original burger was average

Google
Fries- crunchy and cooked good Burger- bun is soft, meat is flavourful, cheese is a good amount and gave a delicious cheeseburger flavour and the onion and pickles was the best addition. The rack of ribs was delicious and filling. Barely any fat and all meat, the meat was cooked perfectly, skin tasted good with the sauce. If I had one thing to say I’d have wanted a little bit more sauce drizzled on top. For anyone wondering you don’t have to book to come here unlike the many food places around here.

Google
Very disappointed in the whole meal. For $50 Lamb was dry and tough and the chips were cold and gummy 😵‍💫 The loaded fries were okay flavour wise however full of oil and soggy… Unfortunately won’t be back, better value and tastier food at ribs lane 👍

Drew Griffiths

Google
I went to try the baby back pork ribs and wasn’t disappointed. I read all the excellent reviews and thought it was worth the “risk”(a risk because I have been disappointed at plenty of rib joints in the past). Well the ribs were as good as the reviews. They were tasty, tender and had a significant amount of meat on them. I was hungry when I sat down at my table and when the rack of ribs was served up I thought it looked a bit small for $50 but after my meal I was well satiated - and I had the salad and didn’t just fill up on chips. It’s a nice atmosphere and the staff are friendly. It was 40° or more on the day I was there - bloody hot outside the restaurant - beautifully cool inside. Oh yeah, one (silly) comment - the booth seat I was in was super soft and comfortable but when I sat I sank into the cushion and the table was nearly up to my chin - ha ha. I’ll be back.

Been here couple of times and the food is always a top notch. Descent price with good serving size . The ribs was tasty and succulent while the chips and burger was awesome!

Google
Great place for a burger and even better for ribs. Delicious beef ribs, order on table possible, great staff members, food prices are reasonable as well.

Google
Beef and lamb ribs were absolutely delicious. Try old scholl burger (patty and cheese) if you want to experience real meat taste. Beer options must be widen.

I visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago with a few friends. The place wasn't too busy so we were able to get a table quickly. I was amazed at how cheap the burgers were - to get a similar burger at a pub would be at least $10 more than what I paid! We shared the loaded fries which could've done with a bit more topping, but the burger I had was amazing and definitely worth it given the price. The service could've also been slightly better as they forgot to serve my friend's drink, but the staff were polite when we brought the problem to their attention.

Yelp
I would leave zero starts if I could. Last night, I went to Ribs & Burgers Perth CBD with family & friends to have a dinner for my hubby's birthday, however, we had the most awful experience in that restaurant. The waitress (Asian background) was very rude, grumpy, unfriendly, not smile at all, not helpful, she seemed confused and mixing orders and she delivered the food to our table roughly; all my guests commenting about her. Every order in my table was served in different times and each order took time to serve. Also, they missed couple of items in my order, when I ask for it the waitress who was a cashier in that minute looked at me very grumpy, not apologies at all. The only positive person was the other waiter (bearded man with a cap) who say "sorry" and was friendly. My missed orders did not come, I was waiting long time even my guests were finishing their food, so I requested a refund, the staff said " We cannot make a refund because the manager is not here, so we need to call the manager", I was waiting for that call but never happened... nobody seemed to call the manager, nobody came to my table to apologies and explain about the refund; at the end I felt obligated to ask for another wine and I suggested to pay the difference because nobody wanted to give me a refund. Obviously, my food came very cold, and I had to eat a cold steak which gave me abdominal pain after that. On the other hand, poor food quality for the price even they use powder for the mushroom sauce and the ribs have more bones than meat. I feel so embarrassed with my guests who were complaining about the waitress, bad customer service and poor quality of food; so annoying & embarrassing! Definitely, the waitress mentioned above (Tax Invoice Name: Charlene) should not work in customer service nowhere!! We had the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Don't spend your money there. Go ANYWHERE else!!

Yelp
Went with low expectations, as an American I don't expect good ribs outside the US, particularly from a chain. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Babyback pork ribs and they were excellent. A large rack of meaty ribs, tender, with good BBQ sauce. Even the slaw that came with it was nice. Definitely enjoyable.

Yelp
I have been here a few times now, and as someone who used to rarely eat chicken, I actually love their chicken burger! It has the perfect mix of spicy and flavorsome. The super hot chicken burger was so hot it hurt my stomach, but still tasted great! The hot burger was the right level for me! So Only serious spice fans should try it out. The vanilla malt milkshake ($7) is delicious. They've taken the plain but yummy classic vanilla milkshake and given it a delicious twist. The beef burger is pretty good, but a little basic. The beer battered fries are alright, but they're the same ones I make and eat at work so I am sick of them but my friend loved them. The prices are fair and slightly cheaper than Grill'd I think.

Yelp
I feel like I'm being a little harsh giving 3 stars but that said, I am prepared to go back again to change my rating. Safe to say the smoky BBQ chicken wings helped to reel me back in. It was the first time my friends and I had been here and the 3 of us arrived separately on a Friday at noon for lunch. As B was first to arrive, he managed to get a table. S arrived a few minutes later and not realizing B was already there, stood in line thinking she had to wait to be seated. Turns out, the line was for placing orders. A little confusing as the line was out the door. S was told the wait would be about 10-15 minutes. When I arrived, S had stepped out of the line to go to our table as we all thought it was table service. WRONG. So back into the line we went. The END of the line. Aaaaarrgh. Turns out there were only 2 cashiers open and hence the long queue. When we finally placed our orders and paid, we were given a small metal bucket with the table number on it and utensils. This works great if the restaurant is tiny and if the table numbers can be seen easily. Not so much in this case. I noticed wait staff carrying burgers and slabs of ribs walking round and around trying to find the food's rightful owner. A few times, they had to walk outside to the outdoor eating area only to walk back in again. Now, on to the food. We had the hot chilli lamb ribs & sliders combo (comes with a small rack of ribs, 1 mini beef slider, 1 mini chicken slider and chips), an order of smoky BBQ chicken wings and a side of rocket salad. The lamb ribs were disappointing and I didn't enjoy the "hot chilli" on the ribs at all. It looked like someone took a bottle of chilli sauce and poured in on the ribs after the ribs were cooked. And it wasn't even hot! I only had half a beef slider and that seemed ok. I did like the BBQ wings! The sauce was flavorful and the wings were juicy. Next time, I'll have to give the burgers a go. Or maybe try a different type of ribs because the lamb was a no-go for me.

Yelp
We went to RNB with a group of 14 people and found it quite easy to get a spot around 6PM on Thursday night. Our good friend Gourmet Conviction arrived there early, saved us a long table and asked the staff member to prepare 14 chairs for us. Not long after we sat down, many people came by and queued at the counter. Ordering was quite easy as some of us did our research and checked out the online menu beforehand. Our meals of the night consisted mostly of BBQ Beef Ribs which was quite easy to eat, especially since the glaze wasn't too overpowering. The sliders were just okay but the ribs were definitely the winner of the night. My personal favourite was the lamb chili ribs, the meat was so tender and I like it due to the spiciness. Some girls could not finish the full rack of ribs so the economical option in the future is to share the full rack with a friend, especially since it comes with free chips. Our table ended up with some bowls of chips that we couldn't finish. The onion rings were satisfactory, but not as superb as what I expected. It was quite oily and I can imagine myself coming down with a sore throat if I force myself to finish the whole bowl. The portion of sides were really good though. The premise was quite spacious and there were a lot of spots for solo as well as group diners. The waitress told us that Thursday night became the new Friday as it got quite busy really early on. Free filtered waters available next to the many condiments on the shelves. Service was really good as well, most of the staff that served us were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back again to RNB to enjoy more ribs in the future.

Yelp
Popped in for lunch and had a quick traditional cheeseburger and chips, the burger was simple but tasty and they didn't try and over complicate it. The chips however I love, I had them when drunk and declared that they were the best chips in the world, and am happy to say when I tried them sober they were still pretty damn good! Well seasoned with a perfectly crispy coating - go try for yourself!!

Jim G.

Yelp
Thing establishment is absolutely the champs. High celling, funk music and awesome crowd all for getting their fingers into the BBQ sauce. Ribs oh ribs! Doesn't get any better. Half portions are just right if you don't wish to over stuff yourself with a side of chips or salad thrown in. Give the onion rings a go. Really quite good. Love this place . Always a stop for me if I am in the city. Give it a go mates. Disclaimer: no I do not work here nor own any shares in this place. Just loving their ribs.

Yelp
Had lunch at Ribs and Burgers on a Friday afternoon, I'm told this is their peak time but once again, didn't have to wait too long for our 3 orders which was great. We got lamb chilli ribs, BBQ ribs and a "naked burger." The value for money is unreal with this restaurant. $8 for my naked burger and $4 for a huge side of fries! Great management also caring for seating arrangements and trying to seat customers as tables free up. Despite it being their peak hour, we still had staff cleaning our table and checking up on the food :)

Ron B.

Yelp
Went here on AFL GF day meaning it was relatively quiet. No line to speak of! Our burgers were pretty tasty. The Aussie burger was TALL and had it ALL. Not the best ever meat, or sauce, or total package, but satisfying nonetheless. The beef short rib burger was pretty decent too. Could be a bit more flavorful but the meat was nice and tender. The onion rings were great too. Way less 'manicured' than you normally see; not actually rings but just pieces of onion in a great crispy batter. Overall, R&B does not sit as high on the scale as my two favorite burger joints (both in Brissie) but it is certainly a worthy option to combat the occasional burger craving!

Yelp
We arrived at about 5pm, the perfect time for a pre-game feed. About 10 minutes after we arrived the line became quite long. I had the lamb ribs and they were amazing, I absolutely recommend them. Others on our tables enjoyed the beef and pork ribs but 2 people said the sliders were a bit dry. We shared the wings and they were quite average. This is not a licensed venue which was disappointing. The staff were friendly, one came around asking if we (and other tables) were enjoying our meals. They were quick to clear, as in as soon as we finished they wanted our boards and bowls etc, perhaps because the line of waiting parties was quite long. The ribs are an absolute must, Ribs and burgers is worth a visit just for their ribs :)

Yelp
A queue for lunch at a seated restaurant in Perth? Unheard of! Luckily it moves quite quickly, perhaps not quickly enough if you're on a 30 minute lunch break, but if you've got an hour you'll be fine. The line was worth it. The interior is beautifully designed, especially for a chain restaurant. The food comes out really quickly after you've placed your order. All the ribs, burgers and chips I tried were great. The ribs weren't fatty in anyway, very tender and delicious. The chicken burger was a little dry and could have done with some extra sauces added to the mix.

Yelp
Room for improvement is the best summary for this place. They want to be a fast, convenient and tasty place to eat at. Problem is, their execution isn't constantly fast, convenient or tasty. Highlight: The pork ribs however were a treat. They fell away from the bone and just melted in your mouth. Those I will go back for. Lowlights: There's quite a few, which didn't leave me with a great overall impression and frankly spoilt the experience. Firstly, queue management is poor. Having only one cashier for a line of people that was constantly 15 deep means it takes 10min+ plus before you can order. Secondly, outdoor seating - if you're going to offer it, and you have gas heaters to make it hospitable on cold nights - make sure you have enough gas to keep them running. Having 2/4 heaters run out of gas before 7:30pm (and not having additional gas bottles on hand to refill them) shows bad planning. Thirdly - avoid the lamb ribs. Sorry, but these were really average and the charring meant the lemon and herb flavours didn't come through. They also lacked tenderness meaning that a toothpick was badly needed (they don't supply them). Fourthly - when you screw up, admit it, and recover quickly. If two people are dining together, their meals must be served at the same time. It took 35min from placing my order to receiving it, and my dining companion this evening had finished their full rack of pork ribs, their drink, and a large bowl of chips, and working out where to go for dessert. The wrong item was first served (Chilli lamb ribs), then it took another 10min for them to arrive. It also didn't help my mood seeing that people who ordered after me, who ordered what I had, got theirs served before. Bad planning and communication by both kitchen and floor staff here. And when you screw up, just don't dump an extra bowl of chips on the table without explanation or apology. Admit the mistake, and offer the customer something from the menu. I would have politely refused, as I was stuffed. All this did was to leave me unhappy, as well as waste food and time. Finally - if you're a ribs joint, offer the customer somewhere convenient to wash their hands. If you can't, provide a small water bowl on the table or provide moist towelettes. Having to ask for a directions to a distant bathroom, which is 150m+ away, not signposted, protected by a codepad which staff said wasn't needed, and down corridors which remind you of a large outdoor hedge maze... you get the idea.

Yelp
I've recently gone vegetarian, so the name of this place did not sound promising, but I love love LOVE burgers, so I had to stick my nose in to see if there was anything I could eat. There were two veggie options burgerwise plus a few sides. I went for the Veggie Patch... The speed with which I hoovered those 16 dollars worth of mushroom-haloumi-onion ringed goodness was absolutely shameless, especially since the burger was almost the size of my head. It was a juicy sucker but was so divine, I felt like cussing. Yes, it was a blissfully orgasmic burger experience. The service was good, and I like all the wood they've done the joint up with. I'm a fan of the booths too, but seriously, after a burger like that, they could have made me sit on the floor, and I wouldn't have complained. Two thumbs up!

Yelp
A few months ago decided to try out this place on a wet winters night. Only option was to sit outside (as it was packed inside) which wasn't too bad as they had outdoor heaters and the rain had stopped *yay*. Tough decisions to be made though as I love a good burger, but wasn't really feeling that hungry that night. Decided to go with the 2 sliders (1 beef & 1 chicken) and chips. Next time though if I was to get this I'd get both beef, I always find that chicken burgers always lack flavour. But their pink sauce saved the chicken slider for me. Partner in crime got the old school cheese burger, which was delicious! Can't go wrong with a simple burger. And the onions rings are amazing as well. Will definitely be back to try some ribs next time. I'm not a big rib fan but our friends pork riblets looked really good and tender :)

Lisa C.

Yelp
Delighted to have finally visited Ribs & Burgers. I had the ribs, just putting it out there but they are high ranking on my list. The sticky sauce, the tender meat, well, it's just a perfect combination! The onion rings were unusually delicious. I was expecting huge battered rings but these onion rings were a little different. Mr. T struggled to finish his burger, he stole a few ribs from my plate, he couldn't help himself. The service was prompt and a very pleasant experience! If you are in the city, Ribs & Burgers should be on your visit list or at least for a take away!

Melissa K.

Yelp
Good food, good service but long queue during lunch hour takes too long to queue and get the food! Overall experience is good. The naked burger is served with lettuce cup a healthy alternative to the bun. Love it and will return again.

Sheenal S.

Yelp
I went here for a yelp elite lunch organized by the beautiful Laura. I'm glad I queued up at 12 while Laura held the table for us because the place was pretty packed on a Wednesday at lunch time. I love lamb and I love chilli so I got the combo lamb ribs and sliders ( you get two with a choice of beef and chicken) and it comes with a side (chips or salad). I got the cabbage salad which contains pine nuts. The waitstaff wear cute uniforms. I love their little beret shaped hat. You can help yourself to additional sauces at no cost and filtered water. The place also has a sink which is definitely required if you're going to sink your hands and mouth into them ribs. The ribs were scrumptious with the lamb literally falling off the ribs. The chicken slider was pretty bland and so was the cabbage salad. Next time will definitely get the full rack. Large portions. Value for money!

Yelp
Love that Perth now offers good 'ol South African braaivleis (BBQ Meat) right in the heart of the city. 140 has certainly become Perth's iconic hub of activity where you can work, play and feast! Ribs & Burgers definitely meets the criteria of the famished patrons who all queue up for the epic spread that lays before them. Haven't tried anything else other than their Baby Back Pork Ribs with the perfectly crisp/fluffy chips as yet but I do love my ribs and they do make them well. Juicy, tender, succulent, lean pork glistening with delicious basting that literally falls of the bone. If you're a fan of ribs then you'll love them as there aren't too many places around Perth that can offer such perfection on a plate.

Alice H.

Yelp
Good food and fast service. I loved the Waygu beef burger and the BBQ Pork Riblets were perfect. Even the chicken in the slider was amazing. Could possibly do with a better drinks selection if they opened in another location - but in the city where you are surrounded by so many options for drinks, you can embrace burger sobreity.

Amanda F.

Yelp
I've never found a place where you can take away ribs and you can here! I was pretty amazed by this fact alone. We tried spare ribs which came with chips and our choice of sauce, which was sticky and delicious! Also tried a wagyu burger which was very tender with awesome crispy onion rings inside. I liked the set up it's quite modern. I've seen big queues on Friday nights for tables. The staff were very efficient and knowledgable, will be back for sure!

Claudia Z.

Yelp
Took mum here on my lunch break for s quick burger. The mere aroma wafting down the 140 building was enough to tempt me into dining here. As much as I wanted the ribs, I didn't have time so I ordered their cheese burger. Though not the best burger I've had in Perth, it was still pretty good. And decently priced. Love the condiment station filled with the condiments of your choice... Hot sauce is always a must for me. I'll be back to try the ribs soon!

Megan A.

Yelp
We just spent the day in perth traveling by train. It was a good stop right outside the station. We split an aussie burger+chips and a milo shake. Thank goodness we split it because the burger was huge! It was also pretty salty, so good thing we had the milo shake and water to tone down the salt. Server was very nice and helpful. Since i have a peanut allergy, i asked her if any of it contained peanuts. She pulled out a card with all of the items they sold and what ingredients each had. She also took out the container of powder used for the milo shake and showed it to me just in case. Overall very satisfied with my experience here!

Kateryna B.

Yelp
One of my favourite burger restaurants! I haven't expanded my menu knowledge but I can definitely tell you after purchasing my 15th Bacon and Cheese burger that it's super duper! The burgers are really filling and are a reasonable price. Their famous chips are also really good and not at all dry! They only have chips in sizes small and regular and you get a decently large portion of chips in the regular for only a little over $6. Really looking forward to trying some ribs in the future when I finally decide to spend $20-30 on them! Also, if you're looking to try a unique shake, they have milo and vanilla malt milkshakes; both thick and never a disappointment!

Tracey S.

Yelp
Ok. I feel a long winded review coming on but I'm gonna try keeping it short. We spotted Ribs & Burgers about two weeks ago and have been busting to visit ever since! Ribs and Burgers OMFG yes please! From the moment we arrived the experience was not at all what we were expecting. Perhaps that's where we went wrong? Getting into the restaurant. Not usually too hard for relatively intelligent people but here we were, solo, standing at the front of the restaurant in a line (no one else in line), no signage but clearly waiting for someone to tell us to either take a seat or seat us but nope we just stood there for at least 10mins in a seriously quiet restaurant wondering what the hell to do. We decided just to go in and sit (maybe someone will help us?) So we sat. Someone brought us a menu. We sat at the biggest table as we were expecting another 5 people to join us. We looked at menu... What is this? We ask waitress girl... What is this combo ribs slider thing... She had no idea. We were more confused... Still no idea exactly where to order or what the deal was. Manager man(MM)..... Finally someone to help us? Nope. Manager man comes over... 'Sorry guys but just so you know we are about to get really busy, usually the line gets down to Jamie's and even around the corner and it's like that until 9.30pm' Us 'ah ok I'm not sure what that means' Manager man 'also if I get a big table I'll have to move you as we get really really busy this time of day and if a larger table comes in we'll have to move you' Us... 'Yep ok no worries' Still no assistance w menu or understand how this works. MM walks off. We feel stressed... Our friends hadn't arrived and with the fear of massive people coming we feared we would be kicked off our table and therefore not eating any ribs or burgers today. MM returns... 'Yep it's getting really busy we might have to move you, we'll let you know.' Walks off again. MM returns... 'As you can see the line is building outside so we might have to move you.... Blah blah blah..' By now I've totally switched off and feel like saying... 'Dude, we F heard you the first time WTF?' MM leaves... MM returns and repeats one more time. I'm ready to leave but perhaps the ribs and burgers are worth it? OMG thank god my friends arrive... Phew we will not be kicked off table - hallelujah amen. MM returns and SITS at our table... 'Ok guys... So here's the deal. It's going to get really really busy, we are busy down to Jamie's from now until 9.30pm so you guys have to get up to the counter and order (ohhhhhhhh finally some clarity on how to order, woohoo) MM continues... 'See That line there? That's the line to order... (Ohhhhhhhh so that's not the wait to be seated line?! Ok finally things are making sense)... 'So you guys have to go order now coz if you don't it could be an hour before your food comes out... Especially if the line is down to Jamie's then you could be waiting longer'. I feel stressed again. MM continues to go on and on about getting our order done and all I can think is Maybe you can leave so I can read the F menu and go and order.... Gah!!!!! MM finally leaves. We all feel stressed. See the deal is.. You're suppose to line up at door, order food and THEN take a seat... Even if there's no table ready yet... The system makes no sense to me. What do you do if you order but have no where to sit and eat? Any how now you all know the very detailed and stressed (and repetitive) experience before I even order I'll now continue w the food. We order. I order; Original burger w bacon w American cheese Other table orders - baby back ribs largest size, beef ribs and sliders. I would also like to mention that at a restaurant called Ribs & Burgers you'd clearly expect one very important item to be on the menu. Beer. Where is the beer? I came for ribs burgers and beer. I like beer. People like beer. Where the F is the beer. No beer. Serious disappointment. Ok food... Sliders - OMG the smallest I've EVER seen. Ever. I tried all the ribs. Don't rate them. Dried out ribs, not smoky and lacking sauce. Some racks on other tables were massive but my friends was teeny tiny. Ribs come w chips but burgers do not. This makes no sense to me. I have nothing great to say about my burger, it taste of burnt. My burger was black on the outside and too pink in the middle. Sigh. Urgh. No beer. I didn't like Ribs and Burgers. It felt disorganized, stressful and No Beer. After all of that intense treatment by the MM the line was never more than 8-10 people long. It was never down to Jamie's and it wasn't around the corner. It was not busy at all... And now I know why. No beer.

Yelp
Wow this place is downstairs from my work and I love it. They have healthy burgers and the chilli lamb ribs are a must. The manager helped us get a seat on a Friday he was so helpful it was refreshing how good the service was. I will make this a regular lunch destination for sure.

Tarra A.

Yelp
Lamb ribs was za best!! The beef ribs was average, the milo thickshake AMAZING, loved the fries too! Quite a long queue on weekends and friday / saturday nights.

Jimmy L.

Yelp
the ordering process can be a bit of a nightmare if it's your first visit there but things seem to run smoothly after that headache. we ordered a rib slider combo (ribs and 2 sliders with chips) and a burger (had to be sent back as came out with no salad) and onion rings. The sliders were great the ribs could have done with a bit more over the fire (I'm greek so perhaps it's a greek thing) the onion rings were Fantastic. with 3 drinks it totalled $52 which was really good value, we couldn't finish everything and that is a miracle as fat jimmy almost never leaves a place completely full

Travis K.

Yelp
I've been here a couple times. I've had the chicken burger, the chilli wings, the BBQ wings and the original burger with a chicken fillet instead of beef. The burgers are just ok, probably not worth what they cost. The wings are better, although they only come in one size and it's not very large. The chips and onion rings are pretty good. Also, came on a Friday night and had to wait 30 mins to be seated. Apparently they will be getting a liquor licence soon (mid Feb 2016) so I might change my review after that.

Angela H.

Yelp
I have to agree with everyone who has given this place low ratings. My experience was similar. The cashier was fine and helpful but that's where it all went downhill. We were asked to wait at the bar before taking a seat. The restaurant last night wasn't even half full as we were there quite early yet it took them quite a long time to seat us. I felt like it was going to be a bad omen for bad customer service because it's not like they had that many tables to clear before seating 2 people. The food was nice BUT it was absolutely cold. We did have to wait quite a while for our food but it's absolutely no excuse to serve every single dish we had cold. The weirdest thing was we ordered two different types of ribs and the waitress just asked us whose was whose. She didn't actually know the names of the dishes she'd brought out. Shouldn't she know what she's picking up and serving?

Georgina N.

Yelp
I am currently up to my third visit to Ribs & Burgers, and let's just say this place know how to make a seriously great burger. The menu is outstanding, with heaps of variety and different sized meals so you don't have to leave here overfull. I like how they have the Pocket Burger - a smaller version of the large burgers but not a kids size. There is also a decent amount of kids choice on the menu too, if you are thinking of taking the family. What really needs some work here is the ordering system, I walked past here on multiple occasions before I actually got in the line, only then realising that the line was for people ordering and paying before they took a seat! Whilst I understand that table service at a burger restaurant is rare the set up of this particular restaurant can make your quick lunch turn into a long wait before you even see a table, led along a burger. In saying that the burgers are worth waiting for, I am yet to try the ribs but have it on good authority from my regular lunch companion that the steak is one of the best going around. The onion rings here are also a winner for me. Ribs & Burgers originated in the Eastern States and in case you haven't yet put the two together they are owned by the same people behind The Meat & Wine Co in Melbourne. Definitely a winner on the burger front for me, hopefully we may see a few of these pop up in the suburbs down the track.

Yelp
Ribs & Burgers is a popular spot so be prepared to queue and elbow your way to a table. It was my first visit so I did find it a little confusing. You need to grab a table and then go up and order at the counter. They have an excellent range of burgers to try and they are reasonably priced. I had an original burger with cheese ($10.50) and it came with their signature pink sauce. No idea what is in it, but it is delicious and you can buy a bottle to take home if you love it that much! The chips were good too and a decent serving for 4 of us to share. Burgers are all the rage in Perth right now and these guys make a good one.

Yelp
This place is one of the best "as advertised". Some of the best burgers going around but the ribs, absolute best ribs in town at an affordable price (under $50!!!). Cooked well, flavoured well, delivered well. If you ask me that's the only 3 things you need in life. The staff are friendly and the establishment is really warm and comfortable. I give this a 2 stars, could improve

Yelp
Yum! Really well priced. You can share the $20 ribs with a girl friend... Easily I got the salad with it, great

Yelp
Ribs. Burgers. Tasty as well. Congrats that's me hooked :) Only (minor) thing is that the burger size was a little small. But hey, that meant we had more "bandwidth" for the ribs on the side!

Yelp
Have to say that this lived up to the hype. I hate queues, so came on a Tuesday evening - unless they have someone directing you to tables (which they said is on weekends when it's busiest) you just order first then find your table. I was confused by this as had seen lines for tables before but all worked out. Food was fabulous and served quickly. We had three rib and slider combos (the beef, pork, and lemon herb lamb ones)...all amazing. I probably liked the.pork flavour best, but that was also the messiest to eat, so be warned! Really can't fault the food at all. The combo might be a bit much if you're not particularly hungry, or it might just make your life. Will definitely be back, but will stick to quieter queue-free nights.

Yelp
Although quite busy with line out the door, the staff were still very attentive and we received our meals in record time. Ribs were tender accompanied with all the perfect sides, onion rings, pub fries and chilli/garlic sauce. Pity there isn't an alcohol licence yet, because this could be the perfect Friday after work hang out. Since its in my work complex I will definitely be back again and again and again. Yum!! 100% try!

Yelp
I have frequented a number of Burger establishments in the city and suburbs. This one is a genuine contender! Great flavor's and some original menu options including your high quality burgers and ribs. Personally anyone who enjoys a Beef Burger needs to try their Wagu original but once that is off your hit list start surfing the menu as all their dishes are well crafted and their quality is consistent. Like any decent establishment it can get busy but I believe it is worth the wait. I know there are now a number of solid burger joints open and operating in Perth and would be interested in hearing your thoughts and recommendations. Cheers and Happy Burgering!

Yelp
Not really sure what all the fuss was about. I adore burgers and I found it a bit disappointing, especially given the wait. It wasn't awful but the staff were a little disorganised, the wait was over half an hour and the food was just OK. For the price it's on par with other burger spots but I'd prefer elsewhere. The meat itself was nice but stingy, the free condiments were nice however I only received these as I got bored and wandered around. The bun was the biggest let down, being very dry and stale however the chips and onion rings were perfect - really tasty.

Yelp
Ribs & Burgers delivers what they say; a fairly wide assortment of burger and ribs options, it's hard to go wrong with any order here, though at least in my three visits there has not been a standout main either. They have a good location and friendly and efficient staff; though they are unlicensed and things can get fairly hectic at peak times.

Yelp
Their fries and onion rings are just the best!!! What I really like too is the fact that they use organic buns and hormone free meat and free range chicken :) The staff there wear uniforms that look like a butchers apron and it really suits the look and feel of the place. I like the decorations and the whole theme of the place... Little added details make this place even more appealing like, the filtered water fountain and the shelf where you can grab a range of different sauce like ketchup, Tabasco and so on!

Yelp
Rib and Burgers is one of the best grills in Perth; their burgers are incredible, rib portions large, and vegetarian options are delicious. Their service, however, is despicable, and you will often have to wait 30 minutes plus to revive your food, after taking 20 minutes to place an order. The wait starts when you order at the counter. This process can take up to 20 minutes. Given they're a restaurant, people frequently place orders for large groups, which take a long time to process. On top of that, the food is great, so the queue is always very long -- so with only two Points of Sale, the time slowly adds up. If you can battle off malnutrition whilst waiting, and have patience, Ribs and Burgers is a delightful place to dine. Their food really is the saving grace, and something I implore anyone reading to try when you have the time. If, however, you're wanting to find a nice lunch spot, or a place to go before you hit the town, the wait is simply too long.

Yelp
A good dining experience. Was great to see this chain in Perth. I have been before in Sydney. We walked in with a table of 8 and noticed that two other tables of 8 was just sat in restaurant within 10mins of us being there. Staff were really calm and friendly and we weren't waiting to long for our food. They really had there stuff together and food came out very tasty and very well presented. Unfortunately the chicken was a little undercooked, but nothing to much to complain about, just needed a few more minutes cooking. Apart from that everyone was really happy with their meals. Ill be back for sure :)

Yelp
The name says it all... Stopped in here the other night to catch up with a few mates and left with smiles on our faces. We weren't too sure of what the deal was with seating as when we arrived the waitresses were running around cleaning a few recently vacated booths. It seems that you go up and order and then choose a seat (or is it the other way around? Still not certain on this) Between us we tried the waygu beef burger, the pork ribs and the lamb ribs with herbs and lemon (with sides of chips) along with a few sliders as part of several combo meals. All the reports were positive bar one of the lamb ribs being overly salty. My Wagyu Burger was decent, no complaints there. Having said that if I hadn't have had raided our shared chips I would have been struggling to be content. This and the odd fact that you can't have a beer or an alcohol beverage with your ribs/burger was a definite downside for me and the guys. Too be fair I am unsure as to whether a liquor license is in the works at the moment. An enjoyable experience, however definitely not one I would consider lining up for on a busy weekend night.

Yelp
So we got a recommendation to go there from a couple of friends who posted a photo on facebook (amazing food by the looks of it) so me and my girlfriend decided to go and it was really good! was expecting it to be a restaurant but its sort of like a mixture of restaurant/fast food! Really great food, service at the counter wasn't the greatest, I ordered the steak which was really yummy besides it being a little burnt but other than that it was great, my girlfriend ordered the chicken burger, she liked it! The chips and aioli sauce was great to, would recommend and come again for sure!

Yelp
Absolutely delish!! Walked in at 12.30pm on a Saturday hoping that we would be able to get a seat and found a nice sunny one straight away. The service was quick and only waited about 5 - 10mins for our order. My hubby went for the BBQ beef ribs combo that came with mini sliders and fries for $27 - what a deal! I got the Aussie burger - beef, beetroot and pineapple yum!! We will definitely be making regular visits back here.

Yelp
If I could give this place 2 and a half stars I would, but as there is no other option 3 will do. I've been so Excited to try R&B since they opened, I walk past it almost every day and it always smells amazing and the queues definitely indicate demand! We went for dinner and ordered beef ribs with smokey BBQ sauce and an American style beef burger. All I can say was 'meh' the food was so average. The burger bun was dry, the ribs were cold- literally the meat was cold and hard. We had to send it back because you just couldn't enjoy it. They were nice enough and re heated it, but it just put me off. Don't think I'll be back...

Yelp
Tried The Old School Cheese & added bacon back in January and it was one of the better burgers I've had. Give it a an 8/10

Yelp
Good burgers. Great thick-shakes. But...they don't list the thick shakes on the menu so you just have to know. Plus the machine seems to be broken more often than not. Staff are friendly but not terribly competent. They also do a decent grilled salmon - if you're not into ribs or burgers.

Kath T.

Yelp
I love the sticky soy chilli ribs here, delicious flavour and good value for money. Comes with a side of crispy chips leaving you very full!! Always busy which is a good sign!

Yelp
Ok, Ribs & Burgers has one of the best patties I've had in a while. The burger itself was pretty good. So why am I rating it 3 stars? Even though the food itself nearly took me to America, the customer service couldn't be more western Australian. Poor and shallow. Chips came late, change was wrong and I was refused a free coke to compensate. So yes.. I won't come back.
