We stayed for just two days and it was a really lovely stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, with good water pressure in the bathroom. The internet also worked well. The pool was small but lovely and provided a nice space to cool down at the end of the day.

Wonderful stay at Rich Lanna. Room was clean & spacious for 2 ppls. We enjoyed the stay and spent most time during day-time. Staffs were friendly & helpful. The hotel was a bit old but they have been maintained very well. Nothing to complain. Will go back definitely.

We stayed in a windowless room on the first night but we’re told that they’d move us in an upper room the following morning; we’re happy they did. It’s a quaint boutique old house-turned-hotel with all the basic amenities. Location is perfect as it’s by the walls of the old town and everything else is walking distance, even the 24-hour laundry close by! They didn’t serve breakfast but their coffee house is a must-visit. One of the best es-yen I’ve tried in Chiang Mai.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Beautiful, stylish room. Lovely, welcoming attentive staff. Beautiful pool and great attention to detail. Absolutely amazing for the price. Dont hesitate.

We stayed for two nights at Rich Lanna house. Our room was on the first floor but it had a light of basement. Totally dark and smelly. This room should be a storage room or be rented for a much less money. Unfortunately the staff were not helpful too, we were used to a helpful service in our trip but they couldn’t help us to even manage a taxi or search for some information.

Simple but charming and comfortable hotel in the old town which we really liked during our previous stay in 2019. Unfortunately, the management of this hotel is currently abandoned due to Covid interruption and the quality of the services has greatly deteriorated: serious cleaning issues in the common areas, limited and incompetent staff, unable to help us with logistical questions as simple as making a phone call to Bangkok, etc. Let's hope that the management will be able to pull themselves together, hire a properly trained staff and give this hotel the quality of services it once had. (Warning: The rooms are spacious and pleasant but only those on the pool side have actual windows.)

Had a really great 4 nights stay at Rich Lanna House. The hotel location is great, walking distance to lots of places. The lovely reception ladies organised our taxi to the airport as well as flagging a taxi down and fixing a price to take us to Wat Phra That Doi Sthep, wait for us to look around the temple and bring us back. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. The hotel arranged for us to have our clothes laundered, which was really handy! So we started our 2nd week with all clean clothes. We found the hotel very quiet we rarely saw or heard other quests which was nice. Our room was up quite a few stairs, which was wasn’t a problem for us. Our room had loads of character which we loved. It wasn’t massive but there was enough storage for us. And the suitcases fitted perfectly under the bed out of the way. We had some amazing experiences in Chang Mai which we highly recommend, a cookery class called the Thai and Akha cookery class and a day with the elephants at the Elephant Nature Park. Thanks Rich Lanna for having us, we would definitely stay again.
