Our stay was truly amazing. The place is super clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room — it had a full kitchen, living area, and bathroom, all spotless and well-maintained. You can really tell they care about the details. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were always available, helpful, and kind. They made us feel at home from day one. The hotel itself is quite large, with several buildings on the same block, which makes everything easy and convenient. Another big plus: they offer a very affordable laundry service and free parking, which is a huge bonus nowadays. The price-quality ratio is unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%. Congrats to the whole team for their amazing service and hospitality!

I had an experience at Richard’s Motel Suites that started off a bit below expectations—but Derrick personally listened to my concerns and assured me that he’d make it right—and he more than delivered on that promise. On my return visit, everything exceeded expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed—but what truly sets this place apart is Derrick. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care went far beyond what I expected. He’s an absolute gentleman and a class act. Thank you, Derrick. Quaint motel from the 80's. Immaculate rooms. Kitchenette could use more pots and dishes. Staff is great. We will be coming back

My experience at Richards motel studios was excellent. My accomodations were very good. The studio is well equipped with kitchen and very spacious. Super clean and comfortable. The staff especially Sandy at the front desk is super professional and very helpful. Will be recommending Richards to my friends and family for their next stay.

Hi . I rented 1 of the rooms at Richard’s motel and honestly I would not stay here Anymore . I actually was having a great stay until 1 of the staff were very rude (the male) with the black hair .. I asked him a question .. he fanned me with his hand and walked off . I wasn’t rude nor disrespectful only reason I’m coming to document the service .. on another note the rooms were clean and nice for the price .. but I would never stay anywhere where my money isn’t valued or I’m respected …

Farrah was very helpful. I was having a hard day and just wanted a place to rest my head she went out of her way without me asking to make sure she was able to give me the nicest room for the best price. Thank you for going above and beyond. I always have the best service at Richards Motel. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice room and a great price! With excellent customer service!

Farrah is a very polite charismatic manager, she welcomes you with a smile you can literally feel the warmth from. While interacting with her she makes you feel so comfortable that you will forget you are not at home. In such a short period of time she has made me feel like this is the only place to stay while visiting Hollywood,FL.

Now that I have concluded my stay I must retract some of my previous review......first and foremost it has prime location with easy access to the beaches and freeway and I will not say all of the staff was not courteous I met some very pleasant housekeepers however I have more complaints regarding management and the way this establishment is run as a whole! After staying for several weeks it was very difficult to understand why I was only allowed new sheets and a cleaning once a week on top of they do DAILY yes DAILY inspections on your room regardless if you are present or not so God forbid I leave a pair of dirty panties on the floor or if the room is untidy they will leave a note kindly asking to clean up your belongings! It was such an invasion of privacy plus being left for hours on end without towels policy was to give them your dirty towels so that they could be accounted for and washed then returned to you it was an all around awful experience to say the least! Please make sure you read all of the fine print before you commit to this place

Horrible and Mean! My gosh! We were VERY rudely woken by a terrifying loud knock around noon demanding we "Leave now!"... We and told them an hour earlier that we wanted to stay, but that didn't seem to matter. This place is owned my a very disgruntled old man from Quebec, and it seemed he wanted to clear us out for someone from Canada, since this is who occupied most of the hotel. Obviously zero compassion for people from other walks of life... Bad Karma....

first i would like to say the young lady at thr front desk was quiet friendly & helpful.. the room was very clean, furniture and tv was a little outdated. i was very amazed by all the animals that was on premises like birds, fishes,turtles, cats, and i even saw a alligator but (it wasn't real) just kidding.... i would stay again
