Riche Hua Hin Hotel

Overall, the room was quite nice and comfortable. It was clean, well-arranged, and provided a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were attentive and courteous, showing genuine care in their service. However, I was rather disappointed with the breakfast experience. Although the variety of food was impressive, the overall service in the dining area did not meet expectations. Food items were replenished slowly, and in some cases, not at all once they had run out. Most notably, the service from a particular female staff member in the restaurant was lacking. She appeared disinterested, responded dismissively when asked about the food, and did not show basic courtesy, such as offering an apology when concerns were raised about the service. Her demeanor gave the impression that customer feedback was not welcomed. In contrast, the male staff on duty were polite and more willing to assist. Unfortunately, the breakfast service left a negative impression despite the otherwise pleasant aspects of the stay. I hope the hotel can improve the restaurant service to better match the standard of the accommodation and reception.

I had a very good experience staying at Riche Hua Hin Hotel. The hotel is clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than most hotels I’ve stayed at — very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-prepared. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The price is reasonable for the quality. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Hua Hin.

Pros: The rooms are nice and clean, very comfortable bed. The breakfast is very good with a wide choice. Cons: The noise from the road...we hear it a lot in the rooms or in the breakfast area. When I checked in they didn't find my reservation it was stressful. And we need to book the shuttle for and from the city center but once I have been forgotten by the employee and I waited 45 minutes for it under the sun.

I was very happy with my stay here. The room was great nice and big with a big bed and free wifi, and for being close to the road, noise wasn't bad , I slept great. The staff very friendly and helpful couldn't be better. It has a pool and restaurant which I didn't use, also a place to charge electric vehicles. You are a five or so minute drive from Hua Hin Night Market, and 15 walk from the beach. There are things to walk to, but it's easier to get bolt. My longest wait was 6 minutes. They offer a shuttle service free if you want to go to the city centre as well. The only negative I had, if any, was the bathroom was a bit dated, but everything worked, and water pressure was great 👍. I overall loved my stay and would love to stay here again.

Rooms were great. Prices reasonable. Evening tea. Not worth bothering about due to quality of whats offered. Tea was green tea. As a brit a decent cup of Yorkshire would have been nice! .. breakfast was adequate i suppose. Free wifi worked btw. Never guaranteed!

Very nice hotel, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean with good hot water for the shower. TV was a little on the small size, and bath towels were old and ripped. The restaurant on the first floor is pretty good, and they deliver too. They also have monthly rentals available.

Excellent hotel. The staff were lovely, a big room that was clean, a comfortable bed with a good mattress that was not made of concrete, the shower had strong water pressure and consistent hot water, and a good AC. I highly recommend this hotel. I would stay again

Riche Hua Hin Hotel is a good neighborhood. The hotel located is near the center of Hua Hin. The room was clean. The bathroom is good with warm and cold water, and it is not good for amenities. The reception was nice and smile. Free wifi and parking. Big mosquito. 😁
