Overall, the room was quite nice and comfortable. It was clean, well-arranged, and provided a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were attentive and courteous, showing genuine care in their service.
However, I was rather disappointed with the breakfast experience. Although the variety of food was impressive, the overall service in the dining area did not meet expectations. Food items were replenished slowly, and in some cases, not at all once they had run out.
Most notably, the service from a particular female staff member in the restaurant was lacking. She appeared disinterested, responded dismissively when asked about the food, and did not show basic courtesy, such as offering an apology when concerns were raised about the service. Her demeanor gave the impression that customer feedback was not welcomed. In contrast, the male staff on duty were polite and more willing to assist.
Unfortunately, the breakfast service left a negative impression despite the otherwise pleasant aspects of the stay. I hope the hotel can improve the restaurant service to better match the standard of the accommodation and reception.
