Richmond Stair Lifts

I have had great service from my stair lift. Only issues with it have been minor. Batteries need to be changed about every 2 years. The only time after 7 years of daily usage there was an issue with my lift, it turned out to be dust in the track. A text, a phone call to Gary and his team had me back up and working properly again. Can’t say enough good things about my lift and the team supporting this American made machine. I’m so blessed I called Gary first when I was searching for my stairlift. Richmond Stairlift is top shelf, best in class!! Customer service and care after the sale is second to none. I contact Will the day we closed on our home, they were on-site and installing the lift for my wife the day after we took possession. The technician was awesome, installation was quick, had my wife using her new lift like an expert in less than 30 minutes! Had a couple questions later, quick call to Will and everything was taken care of immediately. Awesome company, awesome customer service, would look nowhere else!

A very professional team from Richmond Stair Lifts came to install a stair lift for my husband. I am so relieved. I bought this after watching their video about stair lifts without grease (I have light colored carpet on my stairs and a greased stair lift would have destroyed it). I was losing sleep over how my husband might fall and because we couldn’t afford to create a place for him to sleep without stairs. Richmond Stair Lifts came to our house when they said they would, installed the lift , cleaned up after themselves and gave me the lifetime warranty instructions. I really think it will be easy to use and take care of. I am so relieved that I can count on such a good warranty for something so important to my husband (and maybe for me too!) with a trustworthy, local company.
