Google
I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Absolutely genius Indian fusion menu and it delivers on flavor and everything. Really creative options of fries and burgers and bowls and wraps and what not with all the Indian vibes and I loved it. So many good options. It was hard to pick just a few items for my husband and I, but here's what we ended up with. Tandoori melt burger as a salad - that chicken was so juicy and cooked so well and the funky Punjabi Pico with the romaine and the dressing and the pickled onions and everything was lovely together. The homemade dressing that they have was also really nice. It was and a yogurt based achari sauce and so delicious even on its own. Honestly really happy I got this as a salad instead of the burger because it was a good meal. Birria style butter chicken tacos - absolutely no words for this one. They actually used roti for tortillas and there was a good amount of butter chicken filling in there and the white onions and then that actual jus on the side as well. Very very creative. Husband really loved this and devoured that plate! He even tried some of the tacos with the achari sauce and it was a hit. Loaded butter chicken fries - do I even need to say anything here?! I am a major major fan of fries and husband is a major major fan of butter chicken and this was just a beautiful fusion. The fries themselves were perfectly crispy and had that slight masala flavor to them, which went so well with the butter chicken on top. And a good amount of butter chicken on there as well which was the perfect amount for for the plate of fries. They also had some other sauce on there and I'm not sure what it was but just get this!! Rasmalao cheesecake parfait - we got this for the creativity because it seemed unbelievably good. Husband was planning on taking only two spoons and then ended up finishing almost the whole thing and left only two spoons, haha. Clearly a good sign there! Overall couldn't recommend this place more. To they need to open more locations elsewhere!

Google
This was such a great experience. The customer service was great, the food was fresh and tasteful. I had the Mac and cheese butter chicken, my partner had the butter chicken tacos (you can tell by the photo- they didn’t last long on the plate), we also got butter chicken samosa and a veggie Samosa. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back to try some burgers.

Google
We recently visited Rick's good eats and left genuinely impressed. We ordered two burgers and a plate of birria tacos, and every dish exceeded expectations. The burgers tasted incredibly authentic, blending Indian flavors seamlessly with a classic burger format. You could really tell the ingredients were high quality—from the perfectly cooked patties to the fresh, well-balanced toppings. The birria tacos were just as memorable: rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, with deep spices that made each bite satisfying. Overall, this spot does an excellent job of fusing cuisines without losing authenticity, and it’s definitely a place we’d return to for both comfort food and bold flavors.

Google
Tried Rick’s Good Eats and absolutely loved it! We had the Chicken Smash Keema Burger, Chicken Tandoori Melt Burger, and the Butter Chicken Poutine. The burgers were incredibly flavorful, juicy, and well-balanced — easily some of the tastiest chicken burgers I’ve had. The butter chicken poutine was rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. Definitely a must-try spot for anyone who loves bold, desi-inspired comfort food. Highly recommend!

Google
This place was excellent. The Rick’s Fried chicken sandwich was so good. Everything was balanced well and the chicken was super crispy. The butter chicken loaded fries was also delicious. Be sure to eat this when you get it, because I got it to go and the fries were no longer as crispy. I’ll definitely come back to this place when I’m in the area to try their other menu items.

Google
We ordered a lot bc everything on the menu sounded delicious and I am so glad we tried as much as we did! Our server even made some suggestions so I encourage you to ask for recommendations when you’re here because our meal was terrific. Best way to enjoy: come with friends and eat family style 🥰 also the music is banging

Google
The BEST chicken sandwich I have ever had. This is the standard that all other chicken sandwiches need to live up to. The Taco’s were amazing. Butter chicken fries ….i have no words. 50 stars all around. Can’t wait to go back.

Google
Fun concept and menu!! The tandoori bite fries were amazing!!! The restaurant wasn’t busy however it took quite some time to get our food…although it was worth the wait ❤️

Yelp
The food and service were excellent. The fusion of food was tasty and something I had never tried before. Hesitant at first, but after having the first bite, it changed my opinion. 5/5

Yelp
Wonderful surprise! Punjabi, Mexican, and Canadian fusion cuisine. Our friends are adventurous diners whom we have not seen in person since 2011 suggested meeting at this location for Tuesday dinner. After we hugged and greeted each other, we stood in amazement and said we all look the same except we now have a child. My husband exclaimed, "Must be the Asian genes!" Lol! We caught up for a good half an hour in conversations at the table prior to standing up, looking at the menu, and ordering our meals. Our son was in the mood for a Cheeseburger. We kindly inquired with the employee if they're able to make a plain Cheeseburger since we didn't see it on the menu. They gladly accepted the offer. He loved his homemade cheeseburger. Buttered Chicken Birria Style w/ Punjabi Hot Sauce: Hands down to one of the best fusion birria tacos! Every bite packed with a multitude of Punjabi and Mexican fusion. Consistency of Punjabi Hot Sauce is slightly thicker than consommé and certainly complements the buttered chicken, spices and garnishes of cilantro and diced onions. Buttered Chicken Tacos: This is also another delicious option if you prefer flour tortillas with the various flavors and spices. My husband enjoyed his meal. Fries Chaat were crispy and delicious with the combination of flavors and toppings reminding me of Mediterranean, Punjabi and Canadian. Masala Fries w/ Dipping Sauce tasted crispy and yummy! Parking lot is free. Restrooms are located inside the restaurant. Spacious for those opting to dine in. Also ideal for take out orders too. If you're one to perspire while consuming Punjabi fusion cuisine and don't mind, go for it. My husband and friend took it like a champ while exclaiming how delicious the buttered chicken tacos tasted. Otherwise, you might want to reconsider if you dislike sweating. Superb and helpful customer service from female employee that patiently answered our questions. We didn't feel rushed while catching up on travels and our families. We wouldn't mind visiting again to try different menu items.

Yelp
This food is WAW WAW WAW! Very cool fusion of food, very tasty. My mom and I shared these loaded curry fries, sooo yummy I've never had anything like this. The chicken sandwich was crunchy, super flavorful and had a good kick to it. The line moved quick to order and the food was a 10 minute wait, so service was really good. When I get the chance to come back to town, I will be coming back here again. I had a really good time, the food was great.

Yelp
This is one of those places that I really would have no clue, definetely would think twice to even come here as it is really in the middle of nowhere, and only because I went with my friend J to the airport to pick up my wife and we needed eats, and he has been here time and time again that I found out about this treasure. The only thing I have eaten here, and I will come here and always order is their samosas, it doesn't matter what the flavour, they are all good, and on my most recent visit they had a jerk chicken flavor and a dosa flavor and they were so good, I ordered half a dozen to bring on my trip, and even cold, these things are so good. It is not your regular run of the mill samosa, they are not sitting under some red heating light waiting for you to come on in and order, you have to wait (or better yet, call before you get here.... just in case there is a rush) after you make payment, so don't think oh... I'm just going to run on in here. The place has a good amount of seating if you do want to hang around, and I did see some other offerings... I will say.. one day... but for now I am hooked on any samosa they are producing, one is the wrapping, ti's like perfectly fried, thin, not overly stuffed, but just right, and the flavors they do... there's always a twist, if I can say these are what you call gourmet samosas. I can't wait for my next visit to Toronto, as this has become a go to now. Until next time Rick's Eats!

Yelp
Nice little spot for Indian fusion food! Everything was really flavorful and tasty. I ordered the Butter Chicken Birria-style roti tacos, Samosas, and the Butter Chicken Mac and Cheese. The tacos were good, but I wish they were crispy! They were soft tacos and I feel like the dish could be amazing with a crispy fried shell. I enjoyed the Butter Chicken Mac and Cheese. It was unlike anything I've ever had before! It was really flavorful with nice sized pieces of chicken mixed in. I definitely think it leaned more butter chicken pasta than Mac and Cheese though, so one note from me would be that it could have been cheesier and the sauce could have been thicker! The samosas were nice and crispy with a fluffy potato filling. I didn't receive any sauce to go with it though, and wish it came with some. They also make their own juice here and the Lychee Dragonfruit juice was soo tasty! I wanted to take another one for the road. Definitely would recommend trying one of the juices. I would come here again to try some of the other dishes!

Yelp
Had heard a lot about this awesome fusion food Read the reviews and decided I definitely have to try the food here So when one of my family members went there for lunch my order of butter chicken fries accompanied them They had cauliflower wings which they didn't much care for and got me my butter chicken masala fries I must admit these fries were really really good I haven't had something as awesome before These were fries with butter chicken peppers sauce onion and great except that I could not taste a single piece of chicken I wonder if it's supposed to be this way How can butter chicken fries have no chicken Whatever it tasted super excellent a must try again I'm going there to try other stuff too

Yelp
We discovered Rick's at the CNE. I was skeptical about whether or not the Butter Chicken Overload would be all show and no go. Turns out this tandoori fried chicken sandwiches between two samosas with butter chicken aioli delivers. Phenomenal flavors and textures perfect pulled together. One of my top eats from the CNE 2023.

Yelp
Awesome food, awesome service. Went back 2 nights in a row. Delicious. Reasonably priced and quick

Yelp
The food here is awesome. The samosas are so tasty. I have the jerk chicken and the butter chicken samosa and both are excellent. Trying the Dosa burger today.

Yelp
Ricks good is fusion of Punjabi Canadian food. Service is really good I think bowl is our favourite item on the menu. It was nice balanced flavours. Lychee cactus pear was supper refreshing and they offer different flavour options. Next time we will try their Samosa and famous butter chicken lasagna.

Yelp
RICK DOESN'T LIE! His eats are in fact good! Perfect spot for lunch. A Punjabi Canadian fusion was not exactly what I was expecting when I travelled but I'm sooo glad we came in. Everything on the menu looked amazing. Our group of 5 each ordered something different and everyone was in love. I love the style/Decor on the inside too; darker tones, unique ambiance and just an overall excellent vibes. I definitely am recommending this place to all my friends and coworkers traveling in the area!!

Jeoji C.

Yelp
Punjabi Cheeseburger and Ricks Fried Chicken Burger were really good. Butter chicken tacos were ok. Butter Chicken Mac and Cheese was unique and flavorful.

Yelp
best food ever!!! really unique cuisine with combining the canadian food with indian spices, gives the food a great unique taste!!! cool decor and amazing service also!

Yelp
This food was delicious! I had a Paneer Taco and Butter Chicken taco. They let you pick which tacos you want so freedom of choice was excellent. If you left the a Google review they gave you a free cookie. The perfect fusion of Canadian and Punjabi food. Service was so friendly. The ambience was beautiful. Will definitely go again!

Yelp
Great sandwiches. This is the perfect fusion of canadian and punjabi food. The fried chicken was delicious and juicy dressed in spice and flavors. Would definitely come back to try other things on the menu. The mango lassi was delicious as well, sweet with a hint of spice. Service was quick and loves the music they played in store.

Yelp
So many good reviews about this place (not just from yelp). so me and friends (6 adults+2 toddlers+1 baby) came here to test it out. Got there 430ish on Sat. good timing to get seat for big group (bc place got busy afterward). it's fast food style (order in counter). selection for kids (non spicy) is masala fries or naan grilled cheese (naan paneer). for adults, we got rick's fried chicken burger, taco, loaded fries (with butter chicken on it), masala fries, butter chicken samosa, all the juice (lychee cactus, watermelon lemonade, guava strawberry), rasmalai cheesecake for dessert. burger is really good!! juicy...with kick/heat..flavorful. i see why this dish is advertised as 'winning'. butter chicken samosa: very different. it's bit flat and wide (not typical 'chubby/puffy' samosa). the samosa skin hv some sort of spices powder on it..which makes everything (from skin to filling) flavorful! masala fries also crispy and have delish powdered seasoning. loaded fries is yummy and have subtle 'kick' (the burger have stronger 'heat').the chopped tomato and fried shallot on it makes the flavour a lot better. rasmalai is ok ..not as good as i thought... i like the juice more than the dessert. after eating strong and 'heat' flavour, drink the refreshing juice...whoaaaaa!! cleanse the palette and felt very satisfied (imagine drinking cold water after a long hot day...thats the type of satisfaction im referring to!) overall, highly recommended. everyone love the food! truly unique, well-balanced flavorful dishess AND juices!

Yelp
I am so happy to have finally tried this place! I have had it saved on Google Maps, but haven't been able to come since I live in Chicago. I meant to come with my boyfriend last time. I visited my mom, but that didn't work out. After a long evening of shopping, my mom, my sister and I all came to Rick's Good Eats. I was completely blown away by the flavors & dishes in general. The staff was super sweet and helpful with all our questions. First up, the tandoori chicken sandwich. I gave my go-to fried chicken sandwiches where I live, and this definitely held its own compared to those. In fact, I would even say it's better because it blends tastes from my childhood with something that we eat regularly today. We tried the famous butter, chicken mac & cheese, and it was to die for. I seriously need to figure out how to make this at home because it's too far for me to get takeout Rick's Good Eats, unfortunately. We got the butter chicken fries, which were as we expected: delicious. Back home, I tend to eat a lot of of quesabirria. It's definitely one of my favorite foods right now. So when I saw butter chicken Beria tacos, I was super excited. Definitely something to write home about. Super good. I FaceTimed my boyfriend and told him how he missed out on this amazing Punjabi Canadian fusion spot. He said we'll have to come visit again soon and come get all the yummy foods. Can't wait to come back !

Yelp
Every time I go to Canada I aim to find some yummy Poutine. While this place doesn't technically have poutine, the Loaded Fries Paneer style was like this insanely fantastic fusion of flavors and fries that just blew my mind. It's like an Indian version of Poutine in my opinion and I would go back to Canada just for that dish.

Yelp

Yelp
We stopped by to grab a fried tandoori chicken sandwich. Service was just okay. We stood by the register for a minute before we were acknowledged when attempting to buy a drink. The employees were chatting amongst themselves. My son enjoyed the sandwich and I had a taste as well. Great flavor. If we are in the area again I'll probably try something else.

Yelp
Been here about 4 times and the quality of food is always stellar. I think the recent time was the only one where we didn't have to wait 15 mins to order food because it's finally not insanely crowded. The food is delicious spicy and you wouldn't want it any other way. Make sure you get your drinks and it will all be fine.

Yelp
Best restaurant is Brampton it's very good and unique it's the best I've ever been to. Service is great and food is excellent

Yelp
Pretty creative place, with some unheard of food choices. All good though. Enjoyed the butter chicken samosa sandwich

Ramiro S.

Yelp
The food was absolutely amazing, I had the Loaded Fries and the Tbolt. Beyond that, there was a mistake in my order. They offered to remake it, but when I told them I didn't want it remade since I was traveling, Shubham brought me a Cheesecake Parfait to apologize for the mistake and he kept checking up. Mistakes happen, but it's how you handle them. I am coming back next time I'm in the area.

Yelp
Indian food but make it modern. Have you ever had butter chicken fries? Or Punjabi burger? Well you're missing out Pictured here: Rick's Fried Chicken Sandwich: Double fried tandoori chicken sandwich, it had all the fixins and packed a bit of heat too. The chicken was crispy and flavorful Shahi Paneer Sandwich: This reminded me of a quesadilla but with naan bread. It was good, but did get a little carb heavy towards the end. Tandoori Fried Chicken Fries: This was yummy! However flavorwise really similar to the fried chicken sandwich. Sort of wish we tried the loaded fries instead as it would have had butter chicken instead. They also have frozen foods such as butter chicken mac n cheese and butter chicken lasagna, which sounded soo good. I sort of wish they had smaller, single portion sizes ready for take out too so I could try. Overall the meal was flavorful and spicy but also on the heavy and greasy side so prepare yourself! If you like Indian food and want to try something different, I would recommend a try!

Yelp
We had this food truck at the streeteats market by Scarborough town centre. We got tandoori chicken on fries. The fries were super crispy and came with onions and cilantro. The fries have a spicy and sweet sauce (kind of like a Thai chili sauce). The chicken had a good tandoori flavor with its own set of spices which works against the fries. Price: 16$ after tax making it a bit pricier than I thought it would be but I think it's worth trying.

Yelp
I didn't know what Rick's Good Eats served, but i just knew i was close by and I needed food, and I had it saved under my collections. So we popped in to pickup some dinner. We got a Rick's fried chicken sandwich, tandoori chicken fries, masala fries (without the spices, for the kids), and a mango lassi. So after tasting the food it reminds me of an Indian version of Bahn Mi Boys. Bahn Mi Boys were the first to do Vietnamese fusion, Rick's Good Eats is Indian fusion. For the Rick's fried chicken sandwich, i was asked if i wanted the tandoori bacon, and i asked if it's good and she said yes. so i added it to the burger. The bacon flavour was great, smokey as bacon should be with some tandoori spices added. The chicken was a large piece of white meat with indian spices mixed in with the batter. I wish i could let you know how crispy it was but, because it was takeout, it was slightly soggy. But that's my own fault. I'm sure it would have been crispy if i ate it in the restaurant. As good as it was, i'm not sure i could justify the cost of it to order the burger again. Just the burger alone, after the addition of the bacon was $15 pre tax. At that price i really think that it should have at least been a combo. Speaking of combo, when i asked to order plain fries, I wish i was given the choice to make my burger a combo so i could just add a side of fries. Since it was my first time there i didn't know. Masala fries (minus the spice as requested), was just regular frozen fries that came with a side a spicy mayo/aioli. Again quite pricey i think......considering i think i get the same amount of fries (tasted like the same fries) as Costco food court fries. Tandoori Chicken Fries were good. Fries coated in some spicy sauce, and topped with deep fried tandoori chicken bites. i did enjoy the flavours, but fries were soggy when i ate them, but totally my fault since it was take out. Lastly mango lassi was great. Made for a great dessert/drink to have while eating to cut down some of the heat from the food. This place is definitely an non kids place due to the spice/heat in the dishes. if this review was based just on flavours it would have scored much higher. But because I factored in cost, i could only give it 3 stars.

Yelp
This is my go to whenever I am in Brampton. I want to try other places, but I can't resist the delicious flavors here. My favorite is the desi Impossible burger. The flavors are spot on, and unlike most Impossible burger dishes at other restaurants, you don't *just* get the flavor of the patty. I love whatever combination of sauces/condiments they add. That being said, my favorite thing here is by far is the Rasmalai Parfait. I generally don't do dessert, but every time I am in Brampton I have to swing by and pick up one of these parfaits. We've also tried one of their take-home-heat-up dinners (shahi paneer Mac and cheese). They took what could have ended up as a really heavy dish and somehow made it digestible and delicious. Definitely check it out when you're in the area!

Yelp
Got their bomb tandoori fried chicken fries at last weekend's night market at the square one parking lot! Both the chicken and fries were so crispy and thick, the sauce was poppin and the fresh cilantro and onion perfectly complimented it all! I don't know about you but I absolutely LOVE cilantro and feel like it always adds such a fresh flavour to any dish (Y) I believe the tandoori chicken fries were an exclusive dish made for the night market so I'm glad I had the opportunity to try them! I've still never been to rick's yet but after trying these fries they are definitely on my list :) I've heard amazing things about them so will definitely stop by sometime soon! If you love fusion food then these fried tandoori chicken fries and all of rick's menu is definitely up your alley. Check them out y'all!

Yelp
The place felt cold upon opening their restaurant for lunch. The menu is written on the wall, blackboard style. There's also a better view of the menu in paper format. I ordered a healthy-ish salad with tandoori chicken. It stated with romaine lettuce but I was served with iceberg lettuce. I complained but I was told they didn't use it due to a recall. What?? I can still buy romaine lettuce at supermarkets!!! I also ordered a small salad for $2 which came in a "sauce container" - what?? For $2!?!? Definitely a ripped off!! Such a disappointment!! Good thing the tandoori salad was alright. My partner had their RFC sandwich. Nothing special about it. The bread was not to his liking. At least the washroom was large and clean. Verdict- not sure if I'll go back. Maybe for their loaded fries.
google avatar

Deborah H.

Yelp
Ordered the loaded fries and jerk chicken samosa. The fries were soggy, tasted like baked potato texture with butter chicken on top, what a huge disappointment. The jerk chicken samosa was crispy and flavourful, worth the try if your going in.

Yelp
My friend and I were debating food options, and as we were both craving Indian, we decided to give Rick's Good Eats (on both our lists) a try! We got here right when it opened - it's located in an unassuming industrial plaza, and the place is like a fast-casual canteen. We ordered three dishes to share, basing our recommendations off previous Yelp reviews: The RFC This was quite a saucy burger; the fried tandoori chicken was drenched in a spicy tangy sauce. I quite enjoyed eating the chicken by itself - it was very flavourful! However, the bun wasn't the best. It was quite stale and stiff. The pickles were definitely necessary and welcome; they helped spruce up and lighten the flavour. Loaded fries We opted out of upgrading our RFC to loaded fries, as we just didn't feel the additional $10.50 was worth the extra fries ($9) and a drink. These fries were soaked in sauce! While the flavours were strong and prominent, the thick fries were soon soggy and soft. There was just too much mayo on top! The jalapeños added a nice spicy kick - in fact, the loaded fries were quite hot overall. My main complaint is that there was simply not enough butter chicken. There were small measly pieces here and there, but not more than a handful. Kachumber salad This diced mixture of red onions, tomatoes, cucumber dressed with some lemon/citrus dressing was a refreshing palette cleanser. I'm glad we ordered it, as it was a necessary and desired bite between bites! Mango lassi We had ordered the three food items without a drink at first, but by the end of it, we were quite parched. As such, we decided to get a mango lassi to share. The drink was quite creamy and sweet, and was the perfect way to end our rich meal. Rick's offers unique fusion eats which are interesting and different. That said, the menu items were too saucy and soggy for the most part. Next time I come, definitely getting more greens and balancing out the heaviness and richness of the meal.

Yelp
Fantastic food. Quick service. Nice seating area. I don't think there's a better place for good eats around.

Yelp
I don't know why I keep doing this to myself and venturing out to have Indian food when I very well know that I have the spice tolerance of a potato. It's probably because I've heard so many good things about this place and when I hear "fusion", I get overly courageous that I can handle it. I finally got the chance to check this place out (note: I'm not from around here) and I was not disappointed! When do you ever see a hoard of cars parked outside a order-up-front-sit-where-you-want-type-of-restaurant waiting patiently for opening? You will at this place! Between my boyfriend and I, we ordered the The RFC combo with upgraded Loaded Fries and the special of the day - 2 tacos (one butter chicken, one tandoori chicken). I originally wanted to try the butter chicken mac n cheese but they apparently didn't have it for that day which was a bummer. Everything that we ordered was tasty, especially the Loaded Fries, but even at "mild", I couldn't handle the heat. We also upgraded our drink to the fresh pressed juice and got the cactus/lychee/pear one. The drink was refreshing and really helped to cool down the spice. At the end of it all, we spent a good ~$40 on our meal for two so I felt that it was kinda overly expensive for such a casual dining experience. I can't deny that it was a unique and tasty take on Indian food but I'd consider it a splurge to come here considering I wouldn't get full off of any single order.

Yelp
dosa burger... sounds silly but it was excellent with just enough spice; fresh cilantro, some lettuce and tomato bits.... crunchy, creamy spicy sauce. Wish I could eat all the veg stuff on the menu! (I do not like burger buns but I ate this one to get all the sauce and garnish). yum yum yum.

Yelp
Came here on Friday at ~1:15pm and this place was busy! We order the loaded fries with paneer, the RFC (fried chicken) burger and 2 pieces of jerk chicken samosa (flavour changes daily). The fried chicken in the burger was well seasoned with tandoori spices and wasn't too oily. The bun itself was quite fluffy. The loaded fries were indeed loaded! It was covered with crumbled paneer in a butter chicken like sauce, fried onions, jalapenos and parsley. There was also minor amounts of shredded mozzarella so you can "pull" the cheese. The samosas were my least favourite out of the 3 dishes I tried. I find them overly fried as there were bites where I was just biting into the wrapper and "air". The jerk chicken was finely shredded, I prefer to have small chunks of chicken. Next time, I'll pass on the samosas.

Yelp
Shahi Paneer Naanwich and Shahi loaded fries. Clever play on words for the naanwich. Portion was a disappointment compared to the loaded fries. Loaded fries were 10/10. Would return for the loaded fries but that's about it.

Yelp
Woah!! I did not expect to love this as much as I did. On paper, Indian cuisine with Canadian influences doesn't exactly sound like the kind of thing you go running for. Rick's has been hyped to the max, and somehow it is worth all the hype. First of all, the place is packed. That's always a good sign. Lunch hour is pure madness. Come early or be ready to wait. Punjabi burger - I wish I could tell you what was in this burger, but I honestly have no idea, and I honestly don't care. It's freaking delicious. It's big, it's messy, and it's wonderful. And that's not even counting the amazing pillowy soft bun. Butter chicken fries - I love fries. Like, really love. So much so that I usually feel anything served over top of them destroys a perfectly fine food. But when quite literally everyone in line is raving about the butter chicken fries, I am left with no choice. Best decision ever! It may look like chaos, but this is a beautifully constructed dish. Butter chicken, cheese, fries, jalapeño, and whatever else magic is thrown in. The fact that the fries(which on their own is phenomenal) is made to be so crispy that is holds together despite the chicken sauce, speaks to the complexity of what otherwise looks like a simple dish. Well done Ricks. Well done indeed. Any sort of fusion food usually always disappoints, which is why I tend to shy away from any mashup of cuisines. For Ricks, an exception can be made :-) This is easily now my go to place outside of the city.

Yelp
We went for the jerk chicken Samosas but they were not the "Samosa of the day" when we went. The loaded fries and butter chicken mac and cheese were good and very filling for two people. Will definitely return to try the jerk chicken Samosas.

Yelp
LOVE rick's. I like the idea of desi food and this place always does a creative twist on it. Butter chicken, cliche but great. Rus malai cheesecake is fantastic. I didn't love the Mac n cheese or the beef burger, but most other items are great!

Yelp
RFC burger - Rick's Tandoori Fried Chicken, Ting Tang sauce, Achari Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Pickles and Cilantro. Awarded Best Fried Chicken in Mississauga - Fried Chicken Festival. Unfortunately the chicken in the RFC burger was overcooked, stringy and tough . Some parts were like chewing beef jerky . Wouldn't recommend this and not sure how they got best fried chicken! The Loaded fries were amazingly good but don't let them get cold, not so good after. These are seasoned Masala Fries topped with cheese, Butter Chicken (Shahi Paneer for veg option), topped with tomato, onion, jalapeno, Achari Mayo, crispy fried onion & cilantro.

Yelp
A must try if you're in Mississauga! We adore their beyond Punjabi burger as well as the Fries and soya chaap. They have features weekly and I love that they keep experimenting with their food. The desi twist of flavours works so well together and it always leaves us craving for more :)

Yelp
Place looks great! Service is even better! And the food is actually amazing! It's hard to believe whether a famous Instagram spot is actually good but let me tell you, it took me a while to come here but trust me it is worth the trip! I ordered the RTC burger, it was a party in my mouth but I did wish the chicken was crisper. The samosa was great but I probably will still to their mains as it looks fabulous. Way to go Rick's Good Eats!!

Yelp
I wish MORE restaurants were this creative. It had a great fusion vibe of Indian with Canadian/America tastes. The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. We didn't know our way around the menu and they were very helpful. I had the Dosa burger and loved it. I'm not a vegetarian, but I really like bean based burgers and the sauces on this one were just wonderfully exotic. We had the side of fries, but they didn't seem special. They were just really good fries. Someone gave me their naan to try and it was warm and good. Finally I had the meat samosa that was a nice add on. Definitely share it once you have a normal meal. Careful with the special orders on the Punjabi burgers. I came with some friends that were very "milk toast" in their eating preferences. They ordered the Punjabi burgers like you would at a burger stop and the cook just about messed up every special order made with them. Your mileage may vary.

Yelp
I had the butter chicken and rice Bowl and a water for $18.00+tip ($21.00). The butter chicken was very salty and on the spicy side with small tid bits of chicken. Not good. My friend had the Crispy chicken and liked it but we both felt that the menu was pricey. Nice place, pricey and food is so so.

Yelp
I took my wife's boyfriend here. All I can say is wowowow. I came from the US and this food is crazy. The veggie soyboy options were perfect for someone weak like me. He got the jerk chicken sandwich which was a big oof. Overall 10 outta 10.
