If I could give five stars plus, I would! RideAway Bikes in Toronto truly blew me away today. I dropped off my bike and was met with immediate, professional service. They carried out a thorough on-the-spot inspection, quickly identified the root causes of the issues, and even fixed several small problems right there and then – no waiting, no fuss. Their expertise is unmatched, and their understanding of real customer service and satisfaction is rare these days. Appointment booking was effortless, everything was handled quickly and with true professionalism. RideAway Bikes, thank you – you’ve earned a loyal customer!

I have never received such prompt and professional service from a bike shop before! I called in a panic after I had a flat- they were able to see me same day, with a really quick turn-around. I was so appreciative of how responsive and accommodating they were in fixing me up with a new inner tube- what a relief! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable when I asked a few questions about helmets. I would definitely visit again. Thank you Ride Away Bikes!

Very unhappy with their service and the price tag. I had a yearly tune up of my 2 bikes this spring with them. The price was shocking - more than 350 dollars although I was told it’s about 100 per bike. The bikes were returned dirty, the chain was poorly oiled. I asked to install new tires, they installed some old stuff that doesn’t match and has tears on the side. The bikes still felt rusty and squeaky after the tune up, so I ended up doing all the tune up myself eventually: cleaning up, lubricating the suspension, oiling the chain. Just lost money, never again. Update, Aug 18: Apparently I’m cancelled as a customer now after posting a negative review earlier this year. I stopped by the shop earlier today to purchase a bike part, the guy looked up my profile and said he isn’t going to sell it to me because of my review. This is a mind boggling experience. I guess they never heard about customer always right policy and prefer to deny the freedom of speech altogether, it’s easier to cancel people than to accept other’s opinion. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting for small businesses to fight with the community:(

Very professional and prompt service. I came in with a flat tire just around closing time, and they fixed me up quickly so I could return home. Even oiled my chain and fixed my loose handlebar for no extra cost. Exceptional service, Thank you Justin and Ride Away!

Don't waste your money. Bike was making strange noises and running very slow, so I came in and asked them to take a look at it and try to diagnose the problem. They did a $130 tune-up, the same day I went for a ride and the bike immediately started making the same weird squeaking noise and felt like it was stuck in mud, brought it back, they told me it was fine after they looked at it again. Still made the loud squeaking noise, so I went to another bike shop. Turns out I had a cracked rear hub and needed to replace my bottom bracket. Bike is working perfectly now. The really concerning thing is these guys are supposed to be bike "experts" and they couldn't even diagnose the problem, but had no problem taking my $130 bucks and telling me it was all fine.

I bought my bike here last year and it's been such a great experience! The staff are kind and knowledgeable. There was a small issue with the kickstand they installed and they fixed it right away for free, plus tightened the bolts and put air in the tires for me. 10/10 recommend this place!!!

Wonderful staff and great service. I found an amazing road bike at a very decent price. They helped me tremendously with setting up the back rack, which was quite a puzzle to solve for me.
