If I could give five stars plus, I would! RideAway Bikes in Toronto truly blew me away today. I dropped off my bike and was met with immediate, professional service. They carried out a thorough on-the-spot inspection, quickly identified the root causes of the issues, and even fixed several small problems right there and then – no waiting, no fuss. Their expertise is unmatched, and their understanding of real customer service and satisfaction is rare these days. Appointment booking was effortless, everything was handled quickly and with true professionalism. RideAway Bikes, thank you – you’ve earned a loyal customer!

I bought my bike here last year and it's been such a great experience! The staff are kind and knowledgeable. There was a small issue with the kickstand they installed and they fixed it right away for free, plus tightened the bolts and put air in the tires for me. 10/10 recommend this place!!!

Very unhappy with their service and the price tag. I had a yearly tune up of my 2 bikes this spring with them. The price was shocking - more than 350 dollars although I was told it’s about 100 per bike. The bikes were returned dirty, the chain was poorly oiled. I asked to install new tires, they installed some old stuff that doesn’t match and has tears on the side. The bikes still felt rusty and squeaky after the tune up, so I ended up doing all the tune up myself eventually: cleaning up, lubricating the suspension, oiling the chain. Just lost money, never again.

Victor was super kind and helpful, but everyone else was quite condescending. If you’re a beginner and have no idea about bikes- this place is great for finding a used bike. However, if you know what you prefer and have been riding a while they aren’t very helpful.

This is a great shop! The folks at Ride Away Bikes are super patient and friendly. They tuned up my bike quickly, despite it being a busy time of year. And, I love that they reuse bike parts that they have around the shop that are still in great shape - means less waste, and is more affordable than brand new parts. I've used many bike shops around Toronto, this is defs my best experience so far, I'll be going back.

Wonderful staff and great service. I found an amazing road bike at a very decent price. They helped me tremendously with setting up the back rack, which was quite a puzzle to solve for me.

Had an incredible experience getting my bike here! Matt, Noah, and the entire team were so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. I ended up falling off my bike recently and went back to ask them to fix up something on my bike that got loose due to the fall. They did it and also gave my bike a look over to make sure it wasn’t damaged. Even nicer, they helped my husband tighten his seat despite his bike being from another shop (due to low inventory at the time as the spring time makes bikes sell fast), which was also just an incredibly sweet thing to do. They were so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my bike-related needs! Thank you :)
